Could you please explain it a little further, that if indicator blinks then the sending unit/sensor is at fault.
All petrol level indicators are nichrome wire wound variable resistors..in the presence of water in petrol they become corroded and or develop loose contact..resulting in this kind of erroneous reading. Then there is the difference in petrol level when bike is absolutely straight and a little slant. So don't look for absolute accuracy...try adding 2ml of 2T per liter of petrol, for at least 10 liter use and see...this will stop corrosion, and lubricate the float assembly also...there will be no harm since the level of 2 T is very small.

That's lot of amount for a small chip, will confirm that in first place and then go for a change if the SVC have this part in stock as most of the time they don't have spares in stock.
Electronics spares associated with auto is always high due to specific use and less in demand

Will do that, once I get to know the proper procedure for this.

    @All :
If this sensor issue could be detected, can someone please explain the steps for this?
Today I took my bike to office, it is running good. But, when it is hot then too there is slight fluctuation in the rpm level, seems like someone is giving little throttle and then releasing it.
The fluctuation is very minute, it might be in the range of 250-500rpm.
What could be the issue here?
A hot engine increase upto 300 RPM compared to cold engine RPM is acceptable. if the RPM keeps varying you should check air leak in, inlet air circuit, bad plug, or low AFR setting.

Please avoid posting irrelevant pic like in previous post which is misleading....You are getting oil in chamber and depending on the engine condition only you will know if it is the rings or stem seal that is leaking oil.

Will do that for the fuel sensor and check for the readings.
Difference between cold and hot engine rpm is around 300 rpm only but when my engine is hot then this minimal rpm fluctuation is there.
As you specified this could be due air intakes or bad plug. I verified for the air intakes that are all fine, properly connected but my plug and air filter have not been changed from long time, I must say it's already done 6-8k kms from the last change I guess and my AFR tuning is set at 3 turns from where it stops clockwise.
So, is it due to plug and air filter?

Sorry sir. changed the old pic

Depending on the engine condition? Piston Rings are new and i ride sanely till 500kms after ring change(below70km/h) guess its the stem seal,You had already told me about the oil in the plug and the Stem Seal will be causing this.

whenever an engine is opened for any engine job as a thumb rule stem seals are to be changed ..it is less in cost and not a big job, but causes oil leak in chamber if not attended in time. You can do it even now and get the oil leak under check.

Your AFR is lean..check your plug color and post pic here.

You could have suggested me to change that when i opened up the engine.

How can I do remote diagnosis and trouble shooting unless you give specific
inputs...as the person at site and as an end user you are the first to know of any problems..You opened up the engine because of oil leaks and problems...first it was to be the outside mechanic, then it was the SVC who did the job, so even they had not done what was supposed to be checked and done, depending on your inputs.....
