Vishak, the ordinary 55/60w osram h4 is not so good. I have it on my Zma. I would suggest you to go for something better like Philips Xtreme Power. It is not too whitish.

ok guys going to try the tata bulb first if its not worth then i will be going for philips extreme power

thanks to all. Well started taking my bike to new limits effortless climb to 100kmph didnt get enough road to do more. I dont like to scare the traffic and i did it early morning to keep other fellow people on road safe

odo reading 1200 km

Then the hesitation could be due to leaner AFR..what is the color of spark plug center electrode ? you are on 4 turns AFR screw setting now isn't it ?Try turning clockwise half a turn to confirm lean setting as bike will hesitate more with the setting...
Can you indicate precise RPM when the hesitation is present ? hot or cold ?

but lean even at 4 turns!!!
color of the central electrode is dark brown
you mean 4.5 turns??
the hesitation is present initially as i accelerate, i have to give it more throttle to move or it fells like engine will cutoff
similarly if i ride in a higher gear it will jerk
one thing i noticed is that if i warm the bike at 2k rpm for 4-5 mins the problem subsides

Brown indicates rich AFR...check and change Air Filter, or if it is newly changed and less than 500 kms old, the turn AFR screw clockwise by half a turn and problem will be controlled....

i did change the filter and have done more than 3k kms on the new one

but running at 4.5 turn will take the FE below 30kmpls

Vineeth sorry to see the injuries...but VERY HAPPY YOU ARE OK..man your helmet had really saved you head and face from becoming a mess. It is obvious you had a hit on your right side banging into something and dropping the bike......your face is saved but what about rest of body ? take Tetanus booster dose within 24 hours.....to-day you must be feeling bad both from what happened to bike and the after shock to the body....

I had asked you to turn the AFR screw CLOCKWISE by half a turn which will make it lean....check your air filter and clean/or change as required...i am assuming you had not up jetted the carb.

Glad you are able to sit and type. We have plenty of Morons and Dodos on the road who will cross half the road and run back again, or cross half the road and freeze in front of us...I have a lot of medals(read lost skin and flesh in circular shape

) to show off as encounters with them...I am glad God is as Equally Kind to you as he is to me...though I wish this need not have happened.
