Nice!Originally posted by onlinesatish View PostBTW, my Zma completed 50,000 kms 2 weeks back! No truoble with engine till date except for a clutch plate change! Only issues were with the Panels!
Congos on the half ton and great to hear that you had no trouble with the engine. You must be taking real good care of her.

Sorry to hear you had a spill Siddarth...Hope you have taken the Anti Tetanus injection and dressed your wounds properly.Originally posted by Blumarine005 View PostGot involved in an accident on Sunday. Got a little bruises on my left leg. My bike's left side indicator from front has broken. Can anybody suggest how much would the latest white glass indicator cost for both front and rear? Mine is a 2005 ZMA.

I have used Motul FS oil for 30k kms and never faced any such issues.Originally posted by Aneesh@4GHz View PostI think mineral oils don't have leaking problems, only Motul Synth and Semi Synth have leaking probs.Correct me if i am wrong.

+100Originally posted by SriramEfunds View PostI'm sorry, could not understand your statement here. A leak may be caused just not because if the engine is not using Mineral oil. There are other factors influences the cause. We need to introspect case by case.
We have quite a few ZMA/ZMR have run Motul SS/FS and less that I know of any reported issue of leaks.
One of my friend is using Motul SS in his P200 from last 40k kms without any leaking issues.Originally posted by curse View PostHeard lot of guys faced problems after using motul synthetic on pulsars (oil leaking through gaskets). But till now not came across anyone facing problems on zma ,thats why i mentioned zma specifically
What about the Cam chain and tensioner ?Originally posted by onlinesatish View PostBTW, my Zma completed 50,000 kms 2 weeks back! No truoble with engine till date except for a clutch plate change! Only issues were with the Panels!

Do one thing...buy rubber washers and put it under each screw. The joints wont break and the bike will be vibe free. One of my friend has done that, My parts broke before I could do the same

@prashk: I think you were right. Though I couldn't go for a long trip(this sunday I will try) I took an 8km route to my destination than the usual 4 and I found that after warm up time of ~2 km the bike is fine. But those 2 km are embarassing even moped overtake me at that time. Also my friend who owns a P220 says he doesn't suffer any such inconsistencies.
@everyone: I was practicing my braking skills and control one night when I jumped over a sharp speed breaker at speed ~45km/h . After that I am feeling as if my bike has lost its rock solid composure that it had earlier. Since then It has been feeling a bit wobbly so to say. Is it just in my mind or something may have gone wrong. Should I go to ASC to get it checked and if so what should I ask them to inspect?

In that case buy an old CAR tube and cut the required washer size from it...you can tailor make it,and it will withstand the vagaries of weather..Originally posted by acs1207 View PostBut won't they sort of stand out (protrude) a bit since they are thick ( maybe @ 3 mm) ?
