Hmmm... Lucky guy. The sticker theye use here are made of a sticky nylon compound, they are easy to stick but a lol harder to remove, they are meant to stay there till the bike's no more.

Anyways I removed mine using paint thinner, I've tried everything else and didnt work, but after using the thinner the teflon of that region came out, so had to rewax that portion alone. Looks good as new.

    • Have any of you experience's missing issue with ZMA when ridden for a long time in reserve.

I was riding to college in reserve, and in between the bike stalled, thougt the gas was over but it was'nt, so fired her up and rode about 10Kms to the next IOC pump and filled for 100rs, but bike ran on main for only 5Kms after that back to reserve, no probems faced then, but in the evening on the way back say after completing 20Kms the bike showed the same issue. I find this issue to surface only after riding on reserve for a while.. So any ideas???

Even if the bike model is 2011 and the condition seen in those pics, I would not pay more than 40-45k max. 57k for that condition and your friend bought it? Very very interesting! I would think KL has more purchasing power, being ZMA, RX Yezdi etc. always sold higher than elsewhere.

I would think you might be running on reserve earlier too and would have been too low. When you filled for 100 bucks, it would have just surfaced the main as the reserve is around 1.5ltrs usable. That might be the reason for the bike to stall after sometime.

Second time issue, could be because of air lock. You'll need to check on that as well.

Ruled out airlock sir, cause without opening the tank the issue went away when I started the bike again.

I have another suspicion, but I'm not sure its possible in bikes.

In my kiney when the fuel was real low then it'd show something smiliar to this, especially when climbing inclines. But the issue would go away as soon as the bikes on a plain.
I doubt the above cause Kiney has a square tank and ZMA has a oval kinda conical tank.

Dirt, water etc present inside the tank could be the culprits that I could think of then.

                  • i do not know for sure but air bubbles in fuel lines can also be the issue here,i suggest to fill a min of 4 liters(including reserve) to prevent stalling.

Maybe tank need's cleaning, anyways planning on ditching IOC, cause bike see's more reserve's than km's. Will shift to HP and see what happen's.

Did you guys hear about the Scooty guy who asked the bunk people to pour full tank petrol and finally the bill showed 19Liters, but actually the scooty had only 6Litre tank capacity.

Basically , the connector to the bulb has a 3 pin plug (holder) and it's where the 3 pins of the H/L bulb goes . When you put in a relay , the relay has a plug(holder) and a pin which goes to the bulb and original holder respectively ( You create an extension ). Additionally , there are connections for battery positive and earth , fuse etc . Except for having to tuck it in neatly , it'll be plug'n'play . If you're buying a 4 wheeler relay kit you'll get 2 outputs . I have that type and am planning to use it for my aux light ( don't ask me when !!).

Flasher pins are L shaped - like this < l_ > . So you cant go wrong on the connections . Those are plug 'n' play . Just be sure you get 12 volt ones .

                          • Seems like after mailing complaints to Hero I shook the tree . They said the cables came (acc cables, A&B). But they are so adamant that they want to replace it in my bike . I told them I want them in hand and I am ready to give them the labour charge and they can fill up the job card still no help . They are so keen to replace it. And when I insisted they said I have to sign and give them some letter I don't know what they are talking about .

Actually are the SVC guys really idiots or pretending they are idiots?
Besides that clutch cable hasn't come yet .
