Basically , the connector to the bulb has a 3 pin plug (holder) and it's where the 3 pins of the H/L bulb goes . When you put in a relay , the relay has a plug(holder) and a pin which goes to the bulb and original holder respectively ( You create an extension ). Additionally , there are connections for battery positive and earth , fuse etc . Except for having to tuck it in neatly , it'll be plug'n'play . If you're buying a 4 wheeler relay kit you'll get 2 outputs . I have that type and am planning to use it for my aux light ( don't ask me when !!).

thank you sir...i understand the concept but the image you shared is confusing...and i want to ask you that how much a relay and wiring will cost ??

So the Splendor's relay is a direct fit, Any specific model of Splendor(like ++)

Is it a plug & play job(meaning removing the old flasher & plolnking in the Splendor's flasher)?
yes its a direct fit. Jus ask for a splendor +'s indicator flasher and plonk it in where the stock one sits. But 1 thing is that, karizma's indicators both front and rear are bigger than any other bike's or atleast a splendor's. So when u use 10w amber bulbs in place of stock 20w ones the brightness will be a bit low.(but yellow ones show more brightness than these amber ones). It does provide very good results as im using it mainly because of low power consumption than the stock bulbs. Eg: with the hi beam of 55/60w + (2x10w)brake lights on + twin hornin + pilot lamps on+ 1 side indicator on, the bulbs starts to blink as soon as i press the indicator and the horn wont sound as a ambulance siren..Mine is stock 6ah battery.
Note: when you use splendor +'s indicator flasher with the stock 20w bulbs, they wont blink and jus stay still!!

      • I am facing knocking issue on my zma. Whenever pulling from 3rd gears it happens. Also the my palm pains because of the tight clutch. Also the self starter doesnot works when the bike is in gear but in neutral gear it is bang on.

Well , the 'plastic connector' goes into the original bulb holder . The current from the original bulb holder thus goes into it . The current then reaches the relay and when you switches the H/L on , it just switches the relay on . There is a connection to the battery in the relay (+ to battery) which supplies the current to the bulb . You might be confused b'coz the 'plastic connector' and one 'ceramic holder seems to come from the same wire . Actually the dark black line denotes a plastic casing in which there are multiple wires . I had bought 'bosch' wiring harness and so I've shown it as it is seen . Hope I've cleared your doubts .

ok...so this just seems like coming from same wire but actually there are many wires inside...ok sir thank you but you didnt tell me the cost

For that Bosch thing I think it was around 400 - 450 or so . They are the top in business and costly . Also , being a 4 wheeler harness means 2 H/L connections and that means more cost . Actually you can buy all the materials needed for it and put it together and save @ 60 - 70 % cost ..

This post gives you the cost .

                      Hey Vivek,

Thanks for the detailed explanation & thank you for pointing out to change the bulbs to 10w ones else they wont glow.
This saturday, will change the flasher & the bulbs.

                      Will keep you all posted.

Old ZMA came with battery cage for 7ah, however, by doing small tweaks, 9ah battery is accommodated. There is nothing as 9ah battery cage with HH. Old model ZMA battery cage is something hard to come by. It is around 300 bucks. For HH Passion, I really doubt if the ZMA battery compartment would remain compact after managing them to place it?
No idea about other bikes cage.

                          • hey today went to change my battery to 9amp amaron but there is 1 issue as the fitter said that he will make a larger cage and asked for Rs 200 for fiiting the 9 amp battery but as I see here many has fixed it quite easily will little tweaks.
anybody in kol knows any1 who can simply do it or have done it before maybe in chandni and what will be a the price for amaron 9 amp and exide 7 amp as my friend quoted me 950 for exide and 1450 for amaron 9amp.
Well there are lot of users who have done so link me to the best guide to follow these ppl in kol are dumb to many excuses as this cant be done or aneesh guide is good to go as I need to make these dumbo understand how to do it.

PSR Sir, please help me understand the mechanism of the relay. As shown in the diagram posted by Aneesh bro, it has got an inductor and a switch...So how it works? If the current is decreasing with time, then the inductor will tend to compensate for the decrease in the magnetic flux...next what? How and when the switch operates?

I'm looking for something similar, or even larger. The 18 and 38 SMD LEDs here in Kol cost around Rs 300 for a pair.
@Above_all suggested me to ship 38 SMDs after taking measurements of the pilot lamp space in my Karizma R (2010), Can I measure the dimensions without removing the entire fairing?
