we are not alone with the clutch bell problem (yeah, my bike too is in the list) and there are many others even. Dunno what Yamaha's take would be on this (replacement or push it on us!) but that particular spare part has not yet come into the service centers!

Is that the thing which is making gear shifts hard? If yes, then I am in.Originally posted by HydBiker View Postwe are not alone with the clutch bell problem (yeah, my bike too is in the list) and there are many others even. Around 4600kms, I don't know whether to call it a clutch problem or not cos the mechanic says it's harmless, not sure about it though!Originally posted by vibhanshu View Post@Everybody having clutch problems:
How many kms have you done so far ?
Its good to know the future problems.
Maybe yes, check your clutch free play, grease your cable and get the clutch adjustment set right. If the problem still persists, maybe it's cos of this one only.Originally posted by DriftKingNT View PostIs that the thing which is making gear shifts hard? If yes, then I am in.Sunny.

I m in love all over again!!!!
Since I was a lil kid....i worshipped ony one bike,Enfield....cos it had character to it......years later I have come across a second bike which has character to it.....R15.
I have done about 300 kms on my bike and love everything about her.And seriously guys, the looks the bike gets when its on road makes you love the bike even more.I have had kids coming and asking for ride.....and 50 year olds asking me for the same.I love how the bike feels and behaves.I went to Nandi Hills recently(pics to follow soon),and although i had pledged not to take the bike beyond 6k RPM, I committed the sin and ripped it to 90 kmph once.
Maybe I m in the "Honeymoon" period of my relationship with my bike.....but boy what a honeymoon it is.....

People I need serious advice as to how to clean my bike so as to avoid rusting and all. Also how many people in banglore have got their front number plate removed?Any cop problems?
How does one join the Banglore R15 Club?I would like to meet other R15 owners.

I just came back from a drive right now. It was a 40KM ride on the highway. I have to say that headlights sucked! I seriously want to change it. On highways I really want something powerful.
I read in the forums that a lot of guys have changed it to H4 60/55W but I could not see any updates on it. Anyone using the high power bulbs? How is it in long terms ?Fear is the Trigger!
