I talked to the mechanic at Pearl Yamaha yesterday regarding this symptom.. it seems that change is because of clutch bell's play. This play is caused by improper usage of clutch(but I know i never did that) and causes this variation of sound it seems.. but it doesn't cause any harm according to him.Originally posted by souvikb83 View Posteven i am feeling that my R15 is vibrating a bit and also noisy when i am standing with the engine running...but when i engage my clutch this goes away and again comes when i disengage it....
will go tommorow to the company owned showroom here in Kolkata...and show these posts...lets see what they do for us...Sunny.

NOS on R15
I think,NOS can be very hazardous for our bike.AFAIK,our bikes cant take the load of a NOS and can rip the engine as Nos takes the engine speed to very high speed(if the cluth is not engaged). And even if the clutch is engaged it'll make the bike unstable and handling will go for a toss.Only superbikes can withstand the force of a NOS.This was my view, senior or more experienced bikers may be able to elaborate the matter better.JOEL over to you.My Blog: www.dermotorrad.blogspot.com
