        From your album pictures, I see you've got the blue one. I don't think blue has been upgraded in the new lot, I wonder if any one else booked the blue one recently. humanoutlaw, please see the year on the sticker near the engine and let us know.

                Oh! it really hurts to own a new one and yet the engine model says 2008 model. You should have checked that before buying. Anyways.. its just a model.. the bike itself is good... so dont worry.. but be aware of this in the future.... happy riding... keep posting...

                        Angel eyes were not the 'never seen before kind'.
                        Not trying to burst your bubble, but there were lots of posts of R15's with angel eyes....

                        Anyways, nice effort. Looks good. Just would like to ask you what are the specs of the rings? How much power do they consume, and do they have a separate connection, or connected to the pilot lamp wire?

                          Btw we connect these to the parking light port and a rectifier/ voltage regulator is used to control voltage.
                          we also try to connect it directly to the supply of parking lamps but nothing happened. It need voltage regulator/ rectifier.

                            Any R15 owners from Blore attending this sundays Yamaha session in Palace Grounds ? Orion has called me 5 - 6 times regarding this, Rs 200 registration though they didnt know the details. 2 days back a guy name Anoop from the Yamaha regional office called me asking if I want to participate. Apparently they will provide riding gear and have experts there who will show us the ropes before the heats. Winners from the first round moves to the finals. Going to be a full day event. Unfortunately have other plans later on in the day so will come to watch and get some pics.

                            The R15s & FZ16s with the new kit are also going to be on show and Yamaha's experts will demonstate the performance of the modded bikes.

                              Had recently gone to the local service center to pick up my friends bike after service and saw a guy getting his R15 modified,sharing some pics. The lights he says were supplied to him by GODS and his friend helped him getting them.Quoted a price of Rs. 4000/- for the lights....The bike was looking good with this colour combination and the lights really caught my attaention....

                                Is the chain covered in warranty ? My bike has done 18K kms and the chain is making really weird sounds even after cleaning & lubing. On showing it to local mechanic he told that there is some problem in the chain , better get it replaced under warranty.
