Silencer Heat shield
Hi,
My 200's silencer got rusted and when i contacted the PB they told me that it can't be fixed.
They said for 220 it's now available as they are separate.You can't fix it on 200.Can some body help me as i have seen some friends here have mentioned that they have replaced it 2 or 3 times.

You can change the heat shield to that of 220, buy it from the PBK and get the installation done by some mechanic having common sense. He will get those rivets out and will make threads for putting in Bolts. Then you can easily put the heat shield in with washers.Originally posted by GinsBabu View Post

Got that silencer guard (shield or plate) replaced today. It costed 95 Rs.
I got a mod.query here...has anyone of us installed those clip-ons on their bikes, i should say that of new P150's clip-ons since i guess its new forks are same that of our forks. Or is it seen anybody has done this.
The clip on assembly costs Rs.1700. (The middle part, 2 clips and nuts)Comment

Thanks for the Answer guys but my question was different.
The PBK guy would not install avenger coil on a P200 , as its against the rule to fit another part in different bike.
My question was does someone know if i can get that coil (original) from open market.
As this week also i went to KB and they dont have it.
And regarding that tappet noise i m sure its the tappet noise as timing chain has already been changed and its not at fault.
Can someone recommend the process to check it.

So hopefully will take my friends avenger and will get it changed and the old one i will use or maybe the new one.
Will ask them for an additional piece.

Hi guys.
I just removed the part which is connected to filter box under the rider's seat to make it sound louder. sounds awesome on high revs.

Finally i have found the Avenger Coil Plate DV 1110 05 from PBK Okhla Phase 1
The Rate is Rs544
483 is the Cost + 12.5% Tax of 60.44
Comes to 544
I will be going to the mech today and will get it fixed.
Can someone recommend a good halogen bulb for this.
Yeh i will be going to leh on 13th with the new light setup.
Hope everything is good and i dont face any light issues.Comment

But mate does osram give white light.
I m just looking for a simple helogen.
BTW i got the coil changed and the old bulb is there.
But its giving me amazing light with the 35w one too.
Soo happy the mod worked for me.
From yesterday there has not been any problem.
I just have to purchase a new 55-60w bulb and i m all set.
I thought about HID in the beginning but that was too Expensive.
Will post before and after photos once i install the new bulb.

No its the same stock setup.
I have only changed the coil.
I have not even changed the bulb but the light is superb......
Will get the Rs50 wala bulb. Cheap

Issue with alloy
Hey guys,
I have got an issue with my P200's rear alloy. I think it is slightly bent, I am having the stock MRF zapper using them with tube though. I being the second owner of this machine don't know if because of this issue the owner put a tube in it.
Bike also wobbles slightly when in between 55-60 kmph. If I am taking a high speed turn on curve at 100- 115 kmph, I feel loss of control. In straight line, it is quite ok.
Now, I am wondering what are my options, to change the alloy completely or can I somehow get it straightened... I need to change the tire also, since it is at the end of its tread life... will greatly appreciate your inputs, thinking of getting it done ASAP... since Monsoon is already here....Just R15ing...Comment
