Thanks for the advise guys...it was a 50kmph crash on the left side in a corner. I'm totally fine though...yeah I was wearing my riding gear. I didn't have to replace anything other than my helmet. Stuff that got bent was the engine guard, front shocks, handlebars, and the gear lever and lil scratch marks on the clutch lever and handle bar weight.
Got them all straighened out for 425rs... everything was fixed using a lathe machine. Thing is I'm so used to using maximum front brakes on my 821 and 390. Anyway lesson learnt! Lol
Richardson... sorry to hear about your experience with your avenger. I totally was having the same harsh NVH levels as you have mentioned. Do what I did bro...just go for motul 7100 10W40. The thinner oil suits the engine well in winters...
I feel the bike has two sweet spots...one is at 60. Here everything feels really smooth and refined. When you cross 60...the bike gets a lil vibey till 75 and then it smoothens out. Around 80ish where the needle is pointed straight up is the other sweet spot. There is a lil bit of a buzzing feeling but it's not the annoying kind.
