in a free video on Motogp.com during the press conference they said that the track has been resurfaced which might see a drop in lap times. So maybe Casey's lap record is safe, but we can't bet on it.

Cal is optimistic about this weekend since Jorge has also said that the fast corners suit the M1 more than the RC213V. But you never know, what they say is on the basis of last year. Though Dani and casey were riding the 2013 version in late 2012, current bike is better in braking than the one they had last year.

Gavin Emmett did a lap at PI on a scooter. Wet and cold conditions. Doesn't know if, the track is grippier and bumpier than last year.

A 342.8kph or 213mph for VR46! Thanks to the wind blowing from behind.

Stoner corner to be renamed as...... well, you know who's sliding the most out there. Baby face assassin! Nice name, btw.

But, Dani stops at the same corner - engine mounting bolt came loose!

Lorenzo leads after FP 2. And look at the top speed at which the nuke's travelling. 343.xkmph. Broke the circuit record.
I can just image what the factory Hondas can do, especially Dani on the straight.

@Makky: are you saying speed record in motogp or speed record in PI ? Because speed record in Motogp is still with Dani Pedrosa on a track which is 349kmph (Source given below) and on some test track 361kmph on a ducati by Carlos checa (I couldn't find any source but I remember the figure read in some article when he was riding for Ducati)
