    that rear indicator assembly is also pretty ugly...weirdly protruding way away from the bike by several inches from where it could have been...R15v2 has an appropriate indicator assembly that doesnt take it too far and weird... why companies do this to otherwise pretty looking bikes.

    May be because company expecting from you to do some makeup (garage/in house) work rather then just riding the beauty

                        Its wrong in the site. Kerala alone has 54 dealerships for R3.

                          It clearly says "Available at SELECT Dealerships" so i dont think every Yamaha dealership is authorized to sell it. You can call up and confirm maybe.

                                Finally got to see the bike! Sorry Saquib!

                                Bike looks better in person than in pictures. Blue looks bigger than black but black looks better. Profile is tall and thin, on road you can almost mistake it for a R15. Doesn't look as "rich/special" as ninja. Cost cutting is apparent. Fit and finish on switch gear, clip inside, levers etc is poor for almost 4lac bike. Bike sounds muted again ninja scores here. Pillion seat looks useable and comfortable but grab rails is a miss. Clutch pull is light. Seating position is good. Seats are good. Has a funny starter motor sound.
                                Regardless, Life shall go on.
