hey guyz got a great newz, i was very desperate to have some info about da bye, so i called tvs motor toll free no:18004252077. i asked da customer care executive about da new apache 2oo+cc bike, he told me that the company will launch the bike some where near june/july.
i asked him whats the cc, he said it will be 200+. and i asked about da details,he said he can't give me da details before the launch.

if u don't trust me then u can call on this no & ask!!

im not sure whether it was RTR 220 or 200 or whatever but it was a TVS bike totally coverd with some kind of foam covering rear tyre atleast 120 section the front visor was removed ie no headlight...
i saw tvs racing sticker on whatever portion was visible+the people riding them wer wearing tvs jackets...bike is bigger than A160/180
same sporty posture...although i think its more like d position on R15

spotted it on a trip with friends to lavasa..

no doze wer TVS bikes for sure...
they wer wearing different jackets one greyish type tvs jacket with tvs written in red..&other plain blue jacket with tvs in white
not those racing jackets more like normal jackets...

ive seen varity of bikes being tested at lavasa hiway sum even superbikes cars u name
it..if any one is a regular there they will spot atleast one up cuming model of bike/car

the bikes wer coverd with white colored foam type material...
the split grabs and tail section was similar to that of current model but it had sum difference although i cudnt make out the shape clearly coz of the foam...
we saw them for 2-3mins on the hiway they went past us(at high speed i might add) ...so i saw the rear section more than the front we tried following them my 160 simply cudnt keep up...there was one guy with a p220 with us he followd them longer than us...
he came back n sed

those tvs riders wer really good...
or the bikes wer that good...
wel only time can tell... im eagerly waiting to see them....wana ride one of those babies

Suzuki Shadow

Friend, Bikers and Country men n Women. Do Suzuki have a new bike in the market called the Shadow? I saw a bike this Sunday early morning in bangalore It was white n red in colour seemed like a 110 - 125 cc motor and it had a sticker that said 5 gears. And it looked spanking new looked quite sporty, but did nt have too much spunk, the rider was really throtling the bike hard and yet I was managing to ride along side him with like 10% throtle on the FZ that leads me to belive it was 110 or 125 cc max. And then a ZMA rider rode thru right between me and that Suzuki bike, which kinda pissed me off and I blipped me throtle got into the ZMA s slip stream and smoked the s^&t outta him. He was riding helmet lees and was very rude to pass in between me and that Shadow and desreved the smoking I gave him. After the ZMA passing situation I was back to sane commuter speed and I ran into that Shadow again. But I cant find any info on this bike neither here on XBHP or anywher else online? Any clue my friends?? I wish I had got a pic but I was riding too full blodded so could nt!

^^ Very interesting. This could be a 125cc. Last month I was told by the Suzuki Executive that a new 125cc is going to come to showrooms by the month-end. I will check tomorrow if that has arrived.

The TVS thingy was in news for some time and we definitely know something is coming for sure...

Suzuki Shadow is some news. I guess it has the same engine from the ZEUS. This engine is lazy at low end (like a 100cc) and after 4000 RPM it really picks up speed - better than other 125cc's.

A Suzuki Shadow !!!!!!! hope its not the 2 stroke that you are talking about, even if that is true I doubt the fact that only 10% of a FZ throttle( eventhough FZ with its midship exhaust sounds less even at 75% throttle) would be enough to ride with that !!!!!!!! The 2T Shadow can smoke a ZMA with ease.Also a 2T sounds much more at low revs and feels like revved hard.TVS-Suzuki Shadows were never launched,a fortunate few got to ride that 16bhp/110kg machine,which coincidentally had that five-gears emblazoned on its side panel.....since it was the Shaolin HP,also these few bikes were confined to Bangalore and Chennai.So any of that rare ride could be looking spanking new, due to pristine maintenance and exclusivity.

However if Yamtroopers,10%FZ throttle is to be taken into consideration,I think that this Shadow is just a pimped up 100cc(a modded for frills CT100 ) bike or for that matter maybe a new 100cc bike from Suzuki.Suzuki's 125cc(on Zeus,just give it a clutchless shift and it will run over a cat crossing a narrow street,after a mouse) is capable of much more.Or the rider is new,to bikes.Not all bikes are high revving,I find Suzuki Zeus behaving and delivering power at an awesome rate without hard revs.

However all these facts keeps us in Shadow about the real nature of the witnessed Suzuki Shadow.

RTR180 launch had noise! Damn! I guess I missed it all!

arey they are making their race driven product road legal.They want to use some best roads, or streets the country can provide them.Its upto TVS where they test or homologate their bikes.They can test it anywhere.

But I can tell u that roads around Mumbai and the ghats are full of twisties and tunnels and pretty wet throughout the year and they are public roads, not racetracks.Now public roads are where most bikes would spend their lives.These roads provide better experience with emergency braking,crosswinds at high speeds and suspension setting.I for my part would urge the TVS to better their product at handling vibes and smoothening transmission.
