  • Riaz, If the engine is just the one in X-treme or similar to that, Hunk is anyday far better buy that the would-be-expensive Dazzler. One catch here is, if the engine is just the Unicorn engine, there is no need for them to test the bike extensively.

Though the 180cc option is very unlikely, it sounds too good.

    • How about plonking a similar engine..............to that of CBR150R ???? in this Dazzler.I think its the best option, to pumping power op without increasing the cc by a large amount.

      • what's with the name?..."Dazzler"???...seriously?
hope atleast the tuned mill which does the duty on hunk/cbz-x makes it on this bike. With the same old unicorn engine, this bike is not worth it
It all begins with a thumb-start -- Oh, wait, I forgot the kill-switch

        • Putting an PGM-FI in the unicorn mill will be like making another ZMR from ZMA.
ONLY increase in weight, price, efficiency, smoothness, but boss no power gains.

Take it easy. Honda does not want power gains. They have the CB1000r and CBR1000rr for power.

Say, 2020, maybe we'll have something powerful (250cc) from Honda. Start saving guys...
            You get the point?? :D

            • Honda has seriously under estimated us Indians.
They must be taught a hard lesson. Like Yamaha. Only then will they change.

                +1 to that
Totally second you but its highly unlikely...

there are takers of 150cc,but fewer takers of truly focussed 150cc,with this kind of riders in higher numbers in our country, nothing would be taught to Honda.
Honda hasnt put a step wrong so far,Unicorn,Shine,Stunner every1 is an exemplary bike.Unicorn needed botox treatment urgently, that it got.Now what else ????
If Honda keeps the performance riders-on-budget in mind then only they may upgrade the Unicorn engine in the CB-Daz,that too a probable CBR150R engine (one hell of a bike that it is !!!!)

Honda has done nothing wrong so far.Only that Suzuki is doing now better than Unicorn with their GS150R..........no bike has done that before, now that what has got Honda's mind-though I sincerely hope that its untrue, and Honda gives us CB-Daz keeping the performance bikers in mind.

Now thats good, hope the new TVS bike is worth all the wait. TBH i have no hopes on Honda or yamaha. they'll take their own time getting something around a quater litre over here. Bajaj's apparently wrking on a completly new platform(new frame/ 4valves/ liquid cooling) so i can safely say that their bike is also atleast a year n a half away. Keeping my requirements in mind i guess or rather hope the new TVS fits the bill. Please TVS if u can hear me gimme something astounding!!

                            This your favourite line?

The guys at Todi Honda had told me way back the CBR150r was the one the company was planning to launch...

Now 'in dreams' or 'in reality' remains to be seen.
                            P.S.-pun on 'dream' intended....

Ahem! So the TVS news is now CONFIRMED by a news channel which *hopefully* didnt rely this thread for the news

Tejas, who said what in that show? Did TVS say something?
