I have just finished installing it this weekend but still working out the kinks with the exhaust but hopefully should have everything up and running by the next weekend.. am getting some back draft from where the exhaust meets the mid pipe... for the hp increase, I will have to go and get the bike dynoed so that is going take a little while.. I will definitely upload an sound clip... the mivv gp is also a great pipe but I like the suono better.. it has a more rich bass to it.

A few pics from todays ride. The speed 97 fuel didn't make much of a difference. I am going to stick to regular fuel only .
I really hate those footpegs

Regular fuel is enough for this Beast. But do check everything once in a while/regular intervals. its Just to check that engine and everything is fine and there is no residue because of the regular fuel(which sometimes may happen.. You are well aware whats the condition of Regular fuel in India..
).. ( You might be aware of the case that Rossiter had.. He put the regular fuel in his R1 and he had his 3rd valve replaced because it damaged it.. A pain which he will never forget..)..

Great pics of the bikes there Nik, I am sure you would get some after market footpegs available in the market.
Also wanted to know if you using regular fuel, then do you use Octane Booster? If not then doesnt the regular fuel harm these bikes? whats the compression ratio of FZ1?

I am surprised that you haven't noticed any difference as I was insisting on you trying 97 out. A lavasa ride wont reveal the differences in two fuels in their exaggerated form tho. You will need to rev the bike on a highway for that.Originally posted by niks_devil666 View PostA few pics from todays ride. The speed 97 fuel didn't make much of a difference. I will still insist on trying it out occasionally so that you eventually start perceiving the small bump in power and smoothness with 97.
6 months down the line when you start riding the bike like you stole it..you will thank RTO fuel station for the 97 that they sell !
