2)cost with break up....for the pro+hid and any other if any..like aoe rr. leds for indicators etc

3)what is the quality of the produts you are offering..generally in this forum mos people advice to be away from chineese..
no idea about Gs150r,if it has ac system for headlight, you have to convert it to dc for hid setup.
and for charges i bought apr rr for Rs1150,the rest i did it my self. so i dont know how much other are charging, i did it for a few for free of cost, just to help them fix my hid kit and projector, here ape rr is freely available.
but for xenon hid kit H4 we charge Rs1850 and for Bi-xenon hid projector kit we charge Rs3000.
and we are offering a good quality chinese products, and we give 6months warranty. all are covered under warranty except the ccfl angel eye and its inverter, because people run angel eye even during day time for show,it will eventually fail if done so. but no body will tell us that while claiming warranty. hence we are not offering warranty for ccfl angel eye and its small inverter.

    all the best.

    • @Ganesh.

      Thank you for the reply.

1)is projector high beam not up to mark,as i came to from friends about it.Instead they are going for projector low beam and reflector high beam.

2)from your site, there is a hid which fits to all like h6/h4....how this is different from the h4...advantages and dis advantages above two in relation to each other.(Xenon hid kit for motorcycles-H6 for all type base with free shipping)

      • guys i just want to know how can i bypass my BCU in full dc setup....i have pulsar 180 ug 3 model....i have re-winded my coil, purchased ape rr and installed everything....as i want to install hid currently using 60/55w halogen... i referred all previous post from other members but cant able to by pass bcu as it senses the current...plzz help....yellow wire which comes out from the stock rr and goes to the main wiring.connected that to batt positive via ign switch...
results : headlamp continuously burning when switched on via stock switch..hi/lo beam buttons not working and if u switch off the lamp, still its burning until i switch off via ignition switch....... any help will be appreciated..!!!

          Hi MadA**,

the only feasible solution for your problem is to Use the Switch gear used in old pulsars, which had Hard copper terminal type switches. I too tried many Mules/beta/gamma(of DC convertion) bypassing BCU type ideas, and ended up frying the BCU( replacing it costs ~1100rs).

I suggest you to either to go for old Pulsar Switch asm with HID+full DC setup( bypass BCU completely).
          or
replace the pilot lamps and rear number plate Lamp with LED type and connect these three bulbs to Battery using a switch. and use the stock coil plate/Avenger RR plate with Philips premium 55/60W.by this way You are getting full potential from Stock/Avvy coil plate to the Headlamp, nothing can beat this set-up.(remenber Avenger does not have pilot Lamp/number plate lamp)

For more help check this post from Gajah Gendut
          """yes. that's right

          i mean like this pic

my friend came to me with his pulsar's problems.
his headlight wouldn't turn off once switched on. two filaments turned on (both hi-lo). i thought that was BCU problems. because when replaced with other pulsar switch, the problems still appeared.

so suggested him to buy new BCU or removed his BCU completely and replace contactless switch with honda's.

the cost of BCU twice higher than honda switch. so, he decided to buy honda's switch.

i reroute honda's switch to pulsar stock wiring harness with some minor mods. then worked perfectly.

some benefits replacing pulsar bcu and switches with honda's :
          - easier to buy then pulsars
          - cheapers (almost half cost)
          - completely full DC (except CDI), can start engine with headlight on or off. with BCU, you can't start engine when lights on. """""

          • thanks for the help vinu....
but i dont want to change my switches with contact one like in older pulsars....is there a way to fool BCU by removing the wires of headlight and connecting them directly to the battery using same switches..as i dont want to spoil my stock looks for pulsar...and i re-winded my stock coil all poles to 19 gauge wire 70 rounds......so there is no light coil and battery coils separately....there are only two wire now positive and negative which is connected through ape rr to battery for chargin....and of course ign coil is untouched.....
1: can i replace my stock BCU with ug 4 full dc BCU..? is it a direct fit or any mods needed..?
2: can i do the headlamps with any alteration in switches or BCU (stock)....?
3:if i remove the BCU completly can i used the same switch setup then also after removing this stupid thing called BCU..?

              Well,
that is a good idea to replace The Whole BCU but for that to happen you need to check first with the Latest Pulsar Bike. you have to Look at the Setup in new bikes and then you can go forward.. with UG4.5 BCU.

you can easily fool the BCU using a SPST relay. BTW, did you convert to full DC using ape RR???

there seems to be something fishy about your wiring, BCU bypass is only needed for starting the bike.. Your headlight is not supposed to burn, get your wiring checked. maybe your headlight relays aren't working, get them checked & let us know.

                  • Re: Convert AC/DC bike to ALL DC.

                    Hi friends,

I've installed APE RR with full coil support ( i ve removed GNDOf coil end & tapped new wire from it ) yellow cable from RR is connected to battery and balck wire is grounded to body. Also disconnect stock RR and use yellow wire with igin sw. Now its full dc.

Should i need to connect that black wire from APE RR to direclty battery or body GND is ok?

Will post results in 4-5 days.........i hope its work ....

either would work but we'll suggest you connect the black from RR to the battery directly. Happy riding, enjoy the DC experience.

                        • @ abhijeeth080808, rahuldevnath and sajjt,

                          Hi guys,

Im going for DC conversion of P150 UG3, but in addition to this I want to use
2 Auxiliary lamps (Autopal) with 2x100w(For Highways).

I want to source the power to headlight and two auxiliary lamps from battery.
But before that I want to make necessary arrangements to charge the
battery,to take the load of additional 200w.

                          So my queries are:

                          1) Can the rewinded coil produce enough watts to keep the battery charged.
If yes, I will be rewinding the coil myself, so i want to know how much
amount of 19guage wire is required to rewind the coil

                          2) Can the custom rr with some changes to the diodes take the load

                          3) Is there any other changes I need to do with regard to charging?

Waiting for the suggestions from the 3 Musketeers.

@ rahul you have a pm
