Pls use any image resizing tools to resize the images to 800X600 so that the images will fit the screen without overlapping which adversly affecting the viewing. You can download the like MS powertoys Image resizer which will enable multiple images resize with a single click.
Its using DC ignition hence the absense of AC coil for ignition in the stator. Its got a tapping and its being splitted to lighting + batt charging. I guess its the yellow wire is the middle wire which u can leave isolated, make sure that this is the middle wire with a MM and take out the other two wires (black & red) to the APE RR grey wire. Before that, unground the black wire from the stator body. Do the rest as explained in the first pages. Take the current battery charging rates and compare with the APE RR rates. I would suggest to rewind it but u can try the battery condition with this coil, if it can support the load, there's no need of rewinding it.
Low battery can cause misfiring and hickups, so be judicious in using lights in low rpms before rewinding.

hi friend i also want to install a philips h4 55/60w dv on my cbz xtreme and want it on dc so, i just wanted to know that should i use relay or some else for making to run on dc...Originally posted by pavanchirmade View PostI didn't go for rewind or the RR swap. i will connect the copper end to d ape rr Grey wires...
is re winding done is ok because it is done by me only not by any electrician..

Could've bit more neat and tight, there many gaps between the wires... Apply winding varnish if its dry type (coil is not immerced in engine oil) hmm.. for the first take its fine... check for any body contact with the element and read the current rates once its connected. For testing purposes its better to have a used battery as wrong connections can fry the battery. Make sure that its not a fully charged battery, if its fully charged u wont get the actual charging rates as once the battery is full it will go into trickle mode which approx 1A and this applies to all RRs.Do it Yourself, what so ever, if Possible

d reading with fully charged battery was
at lower rpm 0.3amps
and at full throttle 2.1amps
and volts were 3 - 18 without battery
i will fully test it with the discharged battery and will post it because i need to get the discharged battery......will post the reading after two to three days.......
if the result is not that i expected than can i put the Pulsar Ug3 coil which has 8 poles
this is d image of pulsar ug3 coil which i had got from Google search
