so guys which one is best to go

    thanks
Go for HID + Relay full kit.

HID's throw more light with relay and its good for battery too.
And then it helps the HID to get overheat too.

    Don't miss the Ballast (Relay)
And ask the shopkeeper how much Kelvin is the HID of !

    4300k : Yellowish color
    5000k : Whitish with a bit I yellow tint
    6000k : White
8000k : whitish with Blue tint.
    And so on.
A google search can give full info on this.

    The higher the K.
    The cooler it will be.
    (4300k will get more heat-up then 6000k)
But then, higher the Kelvin = Leas Visibility in rain and Fog.

I guess this will explain you everything.
    Else Google.

P.S. : Check & Confirm the Ac / Dc thing also before getting it.
    Mechanic want customer anyhow.
They don't care for your burning wire or something later.

The twister you see is having really big Fog Lights like those I've seen in Bullet from childhood days.
(Wen I've seen a Passion with 2 guys sitting.
Coming near my P220 and going ahead then everything is possible. :P
And yes my speed was 125. )

So everything is possible. You just need to get a really good mechanic (no greedy guy).
To help you get it working without burning the wiring or daily this & that issue.

Ac / Dc conversion is full technical thing.
Only a good search & research can help you.

The lights you or are same as twister.
No matter, if nothing written on the Holder body.
Search for which kind I bulb it is and then look for how much Watt its gonna eat.

Because getting the wiring freaked out or no headlight when you need it is really nobody wants.

      Sorry for no reply.
3G seems costly when MTNL is not working. :/

I need some help....The connections from the switchgear via BCU which was earlier taking AC cant be completed as the mechanic has cut off the AC wires that were comin from the coil, after rewinding.
I need someone to post pics of the exact connection done on a UG3 bike.Have been to many friends and mechanics here in Bombay and they just dunno how to get it done w/out installing extra switches.

If anyone able to find some led extra lights or fog lights or Led fog lights.
Online or in local shops in Mumbai.
            Please let me know.
I'm in need of such item from long time.

Some days back I saw a Bullet guy with those LED fog lights installed on CrashGuard But I didn't got the courage to ask a guy moving on road. !
And man, his lights where as bright at Audi LED's even in proper sunlight.

Check out the garages in and around milan subway. They should have it mostly (not sure). Also, local electric shops do stock on LED strips.

              Cheerz!!
The real beauty lies in throttle's twist!!

Headlight can be replaced, Head cannot be. Wear a helmet.

^^ try out lamington road or electric market in south bombay. Some big electric shops do stock on LED's for automobiles also.

So you need help on ??

Purchasing ? : Easily available in electrical shops
Connecting ? : just connect positive Negative of battery and it will work
Fitting inside headlight ? : you have to find a good mechanic to open it for you without any breaking part.

"My RTR Fi had no issues during my long ride. For a quick upgrade, I will suggest that u remove the pilots, number plate bulbs and fix a 55/60 as headlamp. I did this for my Leh trip. No issues except that all the power from coil wud be used for the bulb and the battery wud be a bit weak after prolonged riding(4 - 5 hours). It will charge at day running though. With the amazing reflectors on the RTR u will love it"
                          -quoted from many pages back....
My bike apache rtr 180.Going to try this.
I have read that for full intensity of halogen we need to use a relay..Can someone explain what exactly a relay is..and importantly do I need it?
I am running now on hid with a dc convertor.I am going to convert it to stock set up,add a 55/60 w lamp, remove position,no plate lamps..
Any thing else I need to do?(need any relay or something else?)
I was also thinking about using a duke's reflector..how good is it?Will normal H4 halogen fit?
Should I go for jeep/amby reflector in a classic pulsar dome? Will normal H4 halogen fit?

Hi guys. I've been reading through this forum and this is what I've understood so far. Correct me if I'm wrong:

-The FZs electrical setup is DC.
-This means a 60/55w H4 bulb will be a direct plug and play fit.
-I could either get a normal 60/55w for 100 rupees approx or invest more and put in an osram Night Breaker or the Philips Xtreme Vision or Diamond Vision.
-will there be too much heat emitted by the bulb that will damage the reflector?
-how much do the night breaker and Xtreme vision cost. 1000 for a pair?
