About the LHD RHD thing, you can flip the cutoff shield but it depends on the way the projector is built, for example, on the Morimoto Mini D2S 2.0 it would be easy as hell since it is held by screws but on the Mini D2S 3.0 the projector body is riveted and it would be a pain in the butt to remove them with a dremel, and then you're forced to find new screws for them.

BTW Morimoto is just rebranded AES, I confirmed it with my contacts in Japan and even James from AES confirmed it. So, AES Mini D2S 2.0 and 3.0 is Morimoto Mini 2.0 and 3.0 respectively, even the dimension matches perfectly (Even the tolerance matches, meaning they are made in the same rig). That fake Japanse brand was created by the guys owning HIDPlane (TRS) to sell Chinese ballasts and bulbs at high price to Americans, even the Phillips base-less (without socket) burner they were selling turned out to be fake ones (Officially admitted).
So watch out and don't forget to add a capacitor or you'll flickering your lights like it's a night club lighting system.
I can't seem to find any morimoto on aliexpress. can you provide a few links.

So are you recommending Morimoto or asking us to stay away from it ?

What would be THE best option for Pulsar 200NS? Not looking into HIDs since they can be costly. I am looking for the maximum that can be achieved. Which lamp would be most suitable?

I've read about Bosch 100/90 watt bulb which is supplied with all necessary wiring and fittings. It apparently runs cool enough not to damage the reflector. Otherwise best option is osram night breaker plus 60/55 watt bulb. Only downside is it comes as a pair and costs a bomb and a half. But its direct plug and play.

Can you please tell me what does "100/90" and "60/55" mean here? And, is it that higher is better?

Its wattage man. 60watts/55watts. One is the high beam wattage and the other is low beam. Standard on any bike is 35w/35w yellow bulb. But I think the NS comes with 60/55 yellow bulb. What I suggested to you is halogen and white light bulbs.
No not higher the better but higher the brighter and in most cases hotter.

I was saying that Morimoto is just a made up brand name and paying extra for it is not justified, just like a 50 rupees bra from Paresh Rawal would serve someone equally as one from Victoria's Secret.

Bras have relevance in automotive world too. The 3M™ Scotchgard Paint Protection Film is popularly called "clear bra" and P220 type of fairings are often referred to as bra fairing.

Not exactly true, trs aka morimoto give the best warranty in the business, aes is not the only manufacturer of the mini h1 6.0, fxr, EVO xr and mini d2s,xyb, vision, wst also make the same stuff, trs gear is tuned, for best output, avs the India distributer sells the morimoto mini h1 6.0 at a little over 6k,the generic mini h1 is just over 4k a pair which is the same as the aes mini h1 ultimate, the regular mini h1 from aes costs around 6k with standard bulbs and ballasts and are crap, still better than a 35 watt halogen. I have a mini h1 super model from vst, which has decent bulbs, I don't trust the ballasts though and will be ordering a pair of hylux ballasts. There is a lot of crap projectors on the market, people here get hung up on gimmicks like angel eyes, do your research properly and save yourself future hassle and disappointment.

Beware of Bread, don't say I didn't warn you!
More than 98 percent of convicted criminals are bread eaters !
Statistics show that more than 75 % of violent crimes are committed within 24 hours of eating bread !
Bread is known to be extremely addictive. Subjects deprived of bread and given only water, actually begged for bread after just two days !
Bread has been proven to kill. Scientists have now uncovered alarming evidence that 100% of the people who eat bread will eventually die !

Alright. Can you please post a detailed procedure as to how will I install a 100/90 Bosch lamp on my NS? Or any suggestions as to who will do it in Bangalore?

Will the 100/90 cause damage to my bike/battery?

If the bulb is H4type which is common for most bikes in India, it will be a direct fit into the socket (assuming your bike is the same type). I suggest you go through the 200NS ownership thread. A member I think from Bangalore posted about it there. You could get in touch with him about it. I would help but I'm in Hyderabad.

He said the bulb needs a relay so battery will not be harmed. And bike's wiring should hold nicely.
