Skanda, promising setup. Looking forward for a more detailed review of this, also the high beam and low beam eek out the same temperature? Infrared gun, load watt analyzer quite a setup I say Nice. Do keep us posted with more pics and a detailed end result.

Once upon a time, a guy asked a girl 'Will you marry me?'
    The girl said, 'NO!'

And the guy lived happily ever after and rode motorcycles and watched sport on a big screen TV, went fishing and surfing, and played golf a lot, and drank beer and scotch and had tons of money in the bank and left the toilet seat up and farted whenever he wanted.

Yup, these are same set of Led's, one designed to work on low beam and the other on high. So both should have same temperature. Had been very busy with my car this week, would be trying this led's by next week and update.

Both high and low are 25W. The position of Led's are different. Front one switches on for low and the rear one for high.
unless led's are at both end of the plate how can one get proper high beam which will utilize the complete reflector.

What a coincidence. I got one of these LED's today and did a quick test. It looks like the same one I have but a rebranded import. Frankly speaking, the lights are not as bright as compared to the one I reviewed few days ago. Even though it consumes more power, the lights aren't too bright. The ones with bigger heat sink and Flip LED chip consumed less power and was way brighter than this. I was not able to look at those lights but I was able to look at these with out much difficulty. I loved the one with Flip Chip LED which was rated at 25W. Would pick those any day than these. Some pics of the measured power rating and product. And not to forget, these were running at 96 degree C (should not be a problem as halogen are double than this).

I bought both at the end of March during a sale on Ali Express. I paid 22$ for this and 32$ for the one with Flip Chip LED. Which one did you buy?

the main light output comes from the right bin and cap on it. there are many companies making bin and caps just like cree however the lumen per watt might not be same.
there is philips , LG samsung , Epistar which makes good LED beads but no where close to what CREE does as they have patented everything. you would carefully need to identify the bin and bead to see if its cree or a blatant copy.

i am a premium member of alixpress ( i mean it ) however i still never bought a H4 bulb from there. reason is simple. the lumen per watt those will make will be way lower.
cree would theoritically make 120watts per lumen and when tested will about 95-100 lumen per watt. so a 20 watt Cree bead bulb will roughly give you 2000 lumens. that is 700 lumens tops over the standard halogen bulb.

Chinese ones though work as provided but generate 70% lumens of what cree does so a 35w bulb fabricated and made in china will make same lumens as a 20w bulb made of genuine Cree beads + bin and optimal circuitry.

I agree to your comments on what you said about led's. Even the Philips and Osram led's are not real but normal 1W led's that are made to run at 1.5W. I have been doing research on these led's and hid's for quite some time. I bought some from US when my friends were returning and have compared few hid's. If you need good led's, you need to buy from Amazon.com, something like OPT7 led's. But the cost of those are just too much compared to those that are available on Aliexpress. 70% to 80% of the output of original led's are more than enough for good light during the night. Paying so much does not make sense when you can get the job done with lesser cost and can get it shipped to India with out much or no shipping cost. And, many buyers on Aliexpress, specially the pricier ones provide genuine information and have very good quality products.

Guys a question on LED headlight replacement bulbs. How are the ones made by CYCLOPS & MORIMOTO.
Both available in India genuinely. Though average cost about 5.5k per bulb.

Another question is does these bulbs change the beam pattern?

Is this LED light need DC conversion? or can I use it with current AC setup. My bike is Honda CB Trigger.

I got a chance to test the LED's that I got from Ali Express. First set of pics are from OEM halogen bulb. Second one is 40W, 4LED's and the last is 20W*2 LED (25W*2 LED that I had was for my friends car). Clearly, the 20W*2 LED, the same one I had on RTR wins hands down. The 40W was just not good. Low beam was fine but the high beam was awful. To be frank, OEM headlight is pretty good and these LED's are better only when compared to 35W halogens. Lets some pictures do the talking.

So the 2x20w LED is better than stick halogen that comes with Duke.
