Would be going again tomorrow..pls lemme know if you want more info.
This would be a bad news??
Same design is like Bajaj Strategy !! Previously there were some changes in design, STD different from Elctra defferent from TBTS defferent from CL.
But very bad thing is CL has same design for 350 and 500 which is bad INMO.
Now TBTS and TB would be same with design....this is getting crap!!

Mostly TBTS was for comfort and it's height for good tall people. But now it will be like average height people like me.5.4-5.10 targets..

Will it have projector atleast?? So that i can switch it ...lol..

Ohhh wow wow wow !!! No issues. What else can we expect in that price range ! It also means that the new 350 is gonna feature the 20 ltr. tank !! Freakingly awesome. Thanks a lot for the info bro !
Just ask him one more thing. What will be the price to be paid for those who've booked earlier, say in last couple of months...

And BTW, many many congratzzz for the delivery...

Can rear disc be retrofitted from 500 kit ? If yes its viability on my probable buy list increases exponentially

I kinda expected (obviousness) that there will be no engine change for either 350 or 500. RE wants to keep all bikes on one of the two engine platforms.

Yes you can get it done. But it will need rear rims to be changed as stock set up will have a housing in center for drum brake.

Any info on expected price ? Just hope its not over priced as 500.

The rims would need changing anyway. Tubeless tyres on a touring bike are essential in my books, so alloys switch would be necessary.

@Owners: Anyone switched to Alloys + Tubeless from stock ? What is the cost and is this modification safe on a Royal Enfield ? (Heard something like RE's front forks are too weak to handle alloys and ride will be horrible with alloys or something like that from someone).

If you go back a few pages you can read about it in detail.
It is expected to be launched in next month along with new TBTS 350.

I think its better if you ask it in Ownership thread, you might get better response.

There is no MAJOR change in engine buddy. Just a bit to decrease vibrations. Base platform is the same.
But OK, let's wait for D day and watch...

+1 on the tubeless tyres part... as for the front forks part is concerned, TB 500 will be featuring 41 mm front forks which are thicker than the current one (35 mm). And if this new TBTS 350 is a 'clone' of TB 500, it will also share the same thick forks.

Will this change increase the mileage or decrease it for TBTS350 ??

I've been wondering why RE stable is keeping silent on this issue .i.e. new TBTS 350 (clone of 500 as mentioned elsewhere in this thread). Should aspirant candidates who have been waiting for ages to get a taste of the most iconic machine ever hit the Indian roads to be put in a state of deli ma. I am suppose to take possession of the TBTS 350 next month. But these news of new TBTS 350 are making me hesitant to take delivery of present TBTS 350. Friends, my earnest request, please reconfirm the information about new launch. Thanks.

Thicker forks = Additional weight. How will it increase the mileage sir !?
Even if it decreases, I don't think that the difference will more than any negligible value....
