I always wanted to change my stupid bsnl operator to some other one. But since a lot of people had this no. & this no. was having a lot of important applications (in bank etc.) i had to refrain from changing the no.

the news says it will be first launched in haryana but i saw the portability form (duly filled up) @ anna nagar,chennai vodafone store. thought it was already out. good for us.
