if they can't figure out a solution by the time they finish the second service ask them to replace it under warranty asap.
that's what I did when my speedo malfunctioned.
Don't ask. Tell them you want it replaced.
besides... the servicing guys can't "check inside the speedometer"...
their job is to replace your speedo under warranty and send the faulty one to Bajaj Pune for inspection.


please help me frnds bcoz today i went to service center they checked.They tested with new speedo cable.the problem is still there!!!the meter showing correctly only for 50kph.After that it didnt exceed more than 75....but i am sure speed was above 85kph.The SC guys replied that they never experienced such a problem....damn i am the only person facing that problem???
...SC asked to change some lampshade...
