my bike began to start an engine issue,crank bearing sound started,so i have been opening it for fixing,but my question is if there is wear in piston and block is it reliable to fix by putting oversize piston and honing work?is this reliable or it doesn't last as long as new piston block kit?
if we run bike strictly under 5000rpm and every 500-600km oil change in running in period can work as new piston block kit.what your opinion about it,what can i do new kit or 1 size larger piston will do job perfect??please help me out,thank you

clutch plate failure at 3500!! how does you rectify that your clutch plate got kaput??i thouh you bike is ug3 digital model which has 5 clutch plates cost around 150 each so rs750 total and pressure plate set around rs180 AFAIK.is it due for free service?

It happened because of the bad service centers in kolkata......
I'm having P180 UG4 !!! not UG3

Hi! Riders...

Does anybody here run on 220 or any higher clutch plates or the whole clutch assembly...?
I was thinking about going for this 220's...
What do you people suggest? the whole clutch plate and pressure plate set or the clutch bell too...

Am having p180Ug3

go to kolkatta probiking showroom on chowrangee,get the add of their service center ,do a booking,talk with them nice guys.
if you want a real good mechanic but outside you have to ride to burdwan.yes its true.

I went to the parkstreet probiking showroom which is beside chatterjee international but they donot hav service center.....

yesterday realized a fact mates. when i was left from my office to home there was some rain, so ripped my bike to reach fast at home. it was my first hard ripping in my bike.

then amazingly noticed that huge roar from silencer, just like a k&n installed bike

. really i was amazed

. here anybody felt that?
