This is happening to me now! The rear disk squeal on the slightest application of pressure. These are stock pads moreover.

Although, what I did notice is, the disk when viewed from the rear while the wheel is turning, doesn't look to be perfectly straight. Almost looks like the wheel isn't aligned properly.

Attached is the image of rear caliper and circled part is the exact point from where brake fluid is leaking.

The part which you have encircled is caliper sliding pin which is greased.
It can't leak from the pins and oil could be leaking from the seals and dripping from there.
If it is not leaking from the banjo bolt, by removing the caliper only we can pin-point the source of leak.

The chain adjuster's nut and plate seems to be misaligned/ loose . Please rectify that.

I too thought that the disc was bent on the first day. I checked the wheel-axle alignment and even checked the disc using a dial gauge from my car mechanic.
The problem is not with the disc but the pad material itself.
I have seen many who got the disc and pads changed under warranty but the noise came back within few days. The dust makes this noise and once it is pressure washed, there is no noise for two-three days.

Pad material is of hard type and wear resistant which is causing all these problems(It gets glazed too fast, takes real long time for the glaze to wear off). I think switching to cheaper asbestos type brake pads should solve this issue once and for all.

Remember major kit is refereed to master cylinder overhaul kit and minor is referred to caliper overhaul kit.Rear brake caliper contains one piston and front caliper two pistons.

So you need to get the following parts:-
          2 06451-MA7-405- SEAL SET, PISTON- 1
          3 43107-MA7-006- PISTON- 1
          Hi Sibun,
I have visited 3 different SVC's here in Delhi, but was unable to find the said parts. I am totally out of sorts
Can you tell me which other bikes use the same Nissin single piston caliper, so that I could purchase the minor kit from there.
Please help me out, because as of now only front brakes are working in my bike.

The sound seems to have gone now. I guess I haven't noticed it in a while. How would you recommend spraying some petrol on the pads and then braking vigorously to get the pads clean?

^^ I dont know about petrol but diesel or kerosene makes disc slip like hell and braking becomes almost zero. I clean the disc with mild detergent solution and pressure wash the gap between caliper and disc , squeak squeak gone.

Yeah, after he ( your mechanic ) tuned it ( still wish if he could do more ), my bike felt stress free at 60-70 kmph, but still it couldn't go above 8.5K RPM or 105 kmph with 15T Unicorn sprocket. After 1 month, i changed to old sprocket and it felt quick in City but 50-60 seemed strained till 5k rpm , i mean engine is over revving but bike doesn't perform upto mark. I checked my bike high speeds and at 9k RPM it does only 108-109 kmph. Is there something wrong with engine / speedometer or with myself ? I can't seem to figure it out. I recently took my bike for 6th free service and insisted them to clean Air , Oil, Rotor and screen filter as well as adjust timing chain sounds ( sound of loosened chain from engine which they diagnosed as rocker arms ), put new 10W 30 oil, cleaned engine head ( not sure if that's what its called ) and some minor fixes. Still the bike doesn't deliver as compared to other bikes from same stable. My bike gives fuel efficiency between 43 - 47 kmpl.If i visit bbsr again, if you got time , take my bike to highway and redline it and tell me what's wrong with it ? Does it perform at par with your Xtreme or below par ? If you could help me find the problem itself, i'll be grateful since I'm not able to find what's wrong with it.
Ok, i somewhat read that Hunk had less top speed than extreme in all automobile magazines, but i do not expect it to be so much. Are you sure that it is 105 kph at 8.5k rpm because my extreme touches 104 kph at 8k rpm that too with stock 14 teeth. May be your clutch is slipping. If you are feeling that bike is over-reving and not performing most probable fault is clutch as these SVC tighten the clutch as a result they wear out quick,.Do not worry if my mechanic has tuned it then no one else can tune it better, there is problem somewhere else, ok call me and we will talk and then you can come to bhubaneswar and i and my mechanic both will test the bike, even we will check the speedo for errors, and we will make you satisfied with performance, your description looks like burnt clutch plates, So call me and then we can meet.It will be pleasure to find out the problem as this is one of my hobby, so rest assured come for sometime and we will check what to do, regarding performance with my extreme then my extreme revs like crazy and hits red-line with ease, also it touches a top whack of 117 kph like it will break to 10 k rpm and mind it this is with stock gearing, with 15T sprocket i have touched 120 kph easily, also anyone who rides my bike says that it runs better than new bikes. You must have seen that how quickly my Joy was pulling that day, in traffic. The thing is that during Run-in i run the bike such that it will have maximum compression and ring seals properly, also my bikes are always properly serviced, so they run like crazy. So bring it here and we will check what is wrong may be some problem with clutch and i am sure it will be.

DIY- Rear Brake Cleaning/Sliding Pin greasing.

                                Tools needed
                                1. #12 socket
                                2. #5 allen key
                                3. #8 T-spanner

                                Consumables
                                1.Silicon grease
                                2.Detergent and scotch brite.

There are two ways to clean the brakes-1. By removing the caliper from mounts or 2. Just by removing the pads.
However I am showing by removing the caliper from mounts.

STEP 1: Remove this rubber cover/cap of pad retaining bolt.

STEP 2 : Using a #5 allen key, break loose this pad retaining bolt while it is still installed. It takes a little extra effort as thread lock has been used during production.

STEP 3: Remove both the caliper mounting bolts using a #12 socket .

STEP 4 : Slide out the caliper and let it rest on the silencer.

STEP 5 : Remove the bracket holding the brake line using a #8 T-spanner to allow more movement.

STEP 6 : Remove the pad retaining bolt completely. Note that I have placed a rag on the silencer to prevent scratches.

Both the pads installed in place.

Slide the caliper on the disc and then install the mounting bolts, tighten the pad retaining pin and install the rubber cap.

After putting back everything, pump the brake few times for the pressure to build-up.

P.S I have mentioned by steps which are not really required(for experts) and can be done without it. You will get to know when you do it.
P.S-2 I should have cleaned the bike before taking out the caliper.
