I agree Hunk is the best 150CC out there when I compare it to P150 and CB Unicorn!
Guys the rear drum is enough to satisfy your braking needs!
Dont mess with the stock things unless you have a sharp knowledge of what you are doing as it can affect you ride!
Almost two years I am driving Hunk I have no regrets choosing it (Although my first choice was R15 but dad said no coz its my first bike).
Now I am upgrading to 250CC i.e. CBR 250R
Will book it on 17th
I feel like Peter Parker when I drive my Hunk in the city but I become Spiderman when I am on my CBR swinging from one lane to the other on expressways.
My Stable:
2009 & Present: HH Hunk Limited Edition [Red Striker]
2011 & Present: Honda CBR 250R [Black Blade]

Hey guys! I just completed the fifth month and 7300rd kilometer in my Hero Honda Hunk. It is performing magnificently and reliably. I have driven it at steady 80 and steady for 500 kms at a stretch and there has been no problems at all.1993-1997 - BSA WildCat

My first post!
Hey guys. I own a Hero Honda Hunk, bought it way back in Nov 08! I didn't modify my bike till it was 2 years old. Anyway coming to the point, i have removed the doom from my bike a week back, and fixed 2 round shaped headlights( size being a little less from that of rx135 )
And i have fixed two 8000k HIDs to it as well! My self doesn't seem to work properly due to this, for obvious reasons! Now, i wanned to know if i could attach a 9amp battery for my bike, and whether/not any alterations are required! The stock bike comes with a 7amp battery, wonder if i could upgrade to a 9amp!
Please do help me out! If you'll could specify the make of the battery also, it would be of great help! I heard Amaron is the best!
Thanks and Cheers! =]

bro Hunk cant handle even a single HID as it not DC...YOU have loaded two HIDs,thats why you are facing starting problem, horn being feeble etc...
If you want to still have HID convert your bike to DC using APE RR...The details are in a thread named convert all bikes AC TO DC.
one more thing hunk can handle HID if the rpm is kept above 4K....

ABS seems to be a better option now to improve the braking!!
