How much for that ?y relay doesnt seems to work now, may be wiring issue.

It has 4 wires which are labeled B, S1, S2, H on the relay. As per diagram on its package, B is to be connected to battery +ve but no fuse mentioned.
Its better to have a FUSE in series with this relay.

H to Horns and the problem is that the wire from horn switch is to be connected to S as per diagram. But there are two wires named S - S1, S2. One of them is ground i think.
    B: to batter (in series with a 30 A fuse )
    H: To horn
S1/S2 : to connectors ORIGINALLY CONNECTED TO HORN (with black cap over them )

Other pin on Horn to be connected to -Ve of Battery.

    Hope this helps.

May be and having tiny 4Ah battery in our rides that does make some sense unless u use Horn wisely

Friends, i'm really confused. I want that horns to be fitted but just concerned about the battery.

One more thing. while going through the owner's manual, i've seen that while starting the engine with choke ON, throttle shouldn't be opened. But I did it many times by giving throttle too. I use choke in first start in every day.

In cold mornings u just have to give Choke and start the bike WITHOUT throttle as the RPM increases itself. keep it idle for atleast a minute or so, then slowly decrease it to normal position and then take off. Avoide throttle while Choke On, as it would Burn MORE FUEL along with Engne Oil inside the engine(having a reduced air ratio).

        • Just got my bike serviced for the first time.

The following things were done by them:
          1. Cleaned the filter
          2. Adjusted clutch, RVMs
          3. Poured engine oil (whole bottle was poured in...btw what does topup mean?)
          4. Added teflon coating and the bike shines better now (Optional)

Are there any other missing things which they should perform usually?

The engine is responding well and smooth. I tried opening up a little today and touched 60 for the first time with smooth throttle.

I had my friend tagged with me who was upto get his HH Passion serviced. The service center guy poured two bottles (Wonderfill Oil Supplement and Wonderfill Carburator Cleaner/Injector) into his tank. What does these two liquids do to the engine and performance? He says, it increases mileage but how does it actually increase it?

And forgot to mention, My bike was running on reserve last night. So got fuel worth Rs 500 filled (Around 7.2l of petrol) and as soon as i plugged the key in, the needle is just a bar below F, how can it be? shouldn't it be just a bar or two above the midline?

How do we tighten them? A little DIY guide on it please. I looked beneath it and couldn't find a regular bolt but it was something diff. Any help with it?

And should it touch F? The tanks capacity is around 12l and 7.2l of petrol is just a bar above half of it. And if you vaguely guess, it should be somewhere between midline and F. How does it touch the top end as you say?

Also 4l and midline? strange? Am I missing something here?

                      I parked near my building stairway..why ?

Thanks brother..., really helpful. Gonna try this tomorrow any way, no high concern over battery. How about getting some amaron battery with higher amp? Just asked not gonna do it in near future...

The side panel was removed once thanks saurabh for helping, but now the screw under pillion cant be removed. The screw driver slips off and the screw is getting worn badly.
From where can i take +ve supply for horns other than from battery??

Without throttle i need to hold the self button for some more time to get it started...! Hope this wont be a problem...
