      Actually, to be very frank, my Dio performs far better than my 10 year old CBZ which I bought second(or perhaps third) hand from another guy. I learned most of the mechanical work after the CBZ giving me one failure after the other. But my Dio's been done with 3 services so far and shows a 2200km on the odo. I even took it to Ooty in the hairpins and it performs absolutely splendidly! No mods done though, everything stock(even the child handle :P )

            Steering Play Issue

            Hi,
            I got my activa serviced last month (30th), where i had got the steering play fixed. The play was big - about 2-3 mm. Now it been about 16-17 days and again the play is back but not so much.
            Whats the issue, do i need to replace the coneset or get it tightened again. My activa is 10 yrs old .

            PS. Coneset for Activa is out of stock in baroda .

              My friend just bought an second hand aviator.The previous owner had removed the airfilter along with its cover and had used it very very roughly.Can anyone tell me the price of the speedometer panel?

                The spark plug condition after 7985 Kilometers on the Odo
                Is this rich ,lean or in between them both??

                  The out of focus pictures does not give proper plug condition.....but looking at the diffused image I think it is ideal to marginally rich

                    Should I replace the current spark plug(NGK-stock) with NGK iridium plugs during the Dio's first spark plug change @ 9K Kilometers?!
                    Are there any differences between the HMSI recommended NGK plug and the NGK iridium plugs??

                      Changing standard park plug at recommended interval will give better performance.

                        cold starting problem

                        I just got my dio serviced but now its giving me some cold starting problems in mornings. The air fuel mixture has been made too lean during servicing for mileage. I want to make it slightly richer. So, I want to know whether honda activa/dio's carb is having an air screw or fuel screw? Do i have to turn it clockwise or anticlockwise to make the mixture richer?

                          Clockwise is richer but i strongly suggest you got to the SVC.

                            Actually as per my personal experience honda scv guys are just hopeless.......its a long story...leave it, so I only have to do something.
                            Are you sure that clockwise is richer? If this is the case then it has to be a air screw..........am I right?

                              i have a 4 year old activa..done 36000 kms on odo.....the front wobbles when i take off my hands at speeds like 40-45 km/h..what could be the reason???

                                Don't waste money on Iridium Plugs,They don't make any difference,Just get the stock plug and replace at regular intervals as per the Manual.

                                Might be a bended rim.Check for bends in the rim.
