I am not fighting here,Easy man! Just told the SZx and SZ-R owners to make sure that both of them has same sprocket setup, because last time when i saw it,it was completely different from a normal bike. This all is gaining knowledge and sharing experiences, and no one wants to prove he is the best or not!

Strange bro... Cause in athul bro's case we had to rip open everything. Guess SZ-X is better when it comes to reliability.

                  1. Stickers
                  2. Color
                  3. SZ-R is with Disc and SZ-X is with drum
                  4. Tank cowels.

                  No technical difference.

SZ-X is more reliable than SZ-R = Myth

Nope. Not a myth. In SZ-R the rear alloy's nutted to the rear sprocket.

When I saw the posts in xbhp regarding the difficulty in rear tyre changing, i was really worried, and even considered shifting to tubeless tyres if possible. So when I got the first tyre puncture after 3300 kms, I was really pessimistic about it.
I also thought of calling a service person to remove the tyre. But the person from the puntcure shop opened it in seconds.. like any other bike. I was thinking how yamaha could be so stupid in 2010, when everything in life is getting that simpler.

I feel so relieved. If possible, I will try to bring the same person again and take a demonstration video as to how to remove and fix the tyres. Give me some time.
I dont know if there is any difference is there between SZ-X and SZ-R in the way the rear tyre is fixed. I feel they are the same.

                        So happy

Hi guys i bought a SZ-r on 15 july. i feel the bike is good. pretty comfy and the engine is good too. i am not checking the fuel efficiency yet. i did a tank full on 15th and today i have a quater tank left. ( around 350 kms clocked) i like the looks of the bike . i have some queries:

                          1. can i fix a FZ/ss125/R15 gear toe shifter lever?
                          2. anyway to include a pass light?
                          3. what fuel efficiency can i expect ?
                          4. when im on a rough road i hear a 'taka taka' sound from the right mirror or something any light on that anyone??

                          thanks guys

Thanks bro,as Athul said, the mech might not be a very experienced guy,I was looking at the tire all the time, normally(in case of my karizma) when the axle is pulled out,the rear tire will fell down from the sprocket thing, but in case of Athul's bike,it didn't happened, the tire and the sprocket was like bolted together,so we have to remove the chain guard to remove it. anyway, waiting for the pics.
