yes!rajib fz fender looks great.
And Hope you're right about this popping because on other threads & on the net all people talk about is cleaning the carb & leakage near exhaust but I wanted to check on this thread as each bike is unique.I faintly remember that bikes exhaust used to pop in the early days of the bike(3000-5000kms maybe) but had not checked for lean or rich condition as I didn't know anything about spark plug reading or anything for that matter.
And any luck with the service/workshop manual of the bike?
As of now just wanted to learn correct fork oil volume & tappet/valve clearance for inlet & exhaust.

Thats coool...
but if someone chooses to upgrade its performance than tyre change is must because default tires are pathetic. They dont give confidence above 80kmph and in case of hard or emergency braking.

By the way which tyres are you using..??

The performance upgrade you did is really cool. Even I had this question about tyres. Which tyres you are using now? Using stock TVS tyres wouldnt do any justice to mods.

BTW any idea what is the brand of tube-less tyres that Yamaha used for SZ-RR v 2.0?

i hav usd 3 tyres till now.. first changed the stock tire to zapper vyde 120/80 gripp was superb.. bt it slows down the top speed acceleration and mileage.. then went for zapper s r15 v1 rear tyre.. that was too good.. superb acceleration top speed bt mileage was too low and it was too leak prone so now using ceat gripp xl impulse rear tyre 110/90 17" tube tyre.. this is the best tyre i hav ever used when considering all rounding performance bt still the one and only drawback is its a tube type.. so thinking of changing it to zapper c 110/80 17 cb triggers tyre... for ur kind infos we can use tubeless tyres in our bikes only hav to fit a tubeless vulve worth 100inr...

one of my friend in an engineer as well as a researcher in iit kgp.. he manages to design a custom cam lift and timing for me.. we can go for race concept cams bt thats has some serious reliability issue... the cam from race concept touches the rocker thus make a tik tik noise... so decieded to make a custom cam.. and there i was.. my friend manages to tune it perfectly!! the bikes charecter is totally changed.. i hav custom cam stiffer springs cam lift and decompression as a set.. also changed carb jettings for proper tuning.. as to hav a perfect afr ratio of 14.7:1... i l upload the pics..

I am also thinking to upgrade my rear tyre to Ceat gripp xl because default tyre is now very much puncture prone and its not providing me sufficient grip. Even I am little confused because its not tubeless. Hows its grip and is it puncture prone or not..??

As far as I know zapper c is normal kinda tyre with no special ability. Tyres of mostly 150cc air cooled bikes are ok ok types. I am very much confused between these two. One more disadvantage of zapper c is its thickness which is 10mm less than default size and I think it will alter my bike's gearing and as a result it will reduce my bikes top speed. Correct me if I am wrong.

zapper c has 3 sizes.. 100/90 is our stock size. only zapper s i.e., r15 rear tyre is 10mm less than our stock. size is 100/80
