Performance is not all. Abhijitkn clearly stated that cold start improves. So here is a good reason for having this excellent spark plug. Another reason is the exceptional longevity. All in all: worth it.
When I do something stupid, my consolation is to know that I'll do the worse one only once!

        Hi Luke,
        Thanks for pointing it out.

        Hi Alto,
Only spark plug can't give you substantial performance improvement. Others have claimed to have improved mileage, smoother engine, but that is very subjective. I changed the spark plug at the early stage, when the stock one was in good condition, so I didn't find much improvement. But Iridium plugs have long life. Consider it as you pay double for the extended life.

        Hi Likhith,
Rims usually get warm, have you compared with any other motorcycle?
Did you change the rear tyre recently? Check if the rear wheel rotates freely.

I haven't checked with the other motorcycle bro, the wheel rotates normally and rear tyre is not changed the thing is that front wheel rim is in cool state and at the same time rear rim gets so hot

Any damage to the exhaust?? Any mods done with it?? Do you feel any heaviness at the rear, when you ride the bike??
The real beauty lies in throttle's twist!!

Stop touching your steed's rims.. I am serious. Why would anyone touch the rims after a ride?

I am not even testing mine to see if it becomes hot or not! The rear tyre is having more surface in contact with the road, one reason may be its heaviness and contact surface. But why would it matter. I would rather enjoy it. The faster it becomes hot the faster I get better road grip.

And dont even try to test the rim temperatures on 'other bikes'

I still unable to get what do you mean by hot? If it is abnormal then least you can check the air pressure, alignment, rear break. Show it to any SVC.

What's wrong in touching the rims, I check the air pressure sometimes on long rides, then I have to touch it, it's not that hot as if your hand will get burn.
Don't get confused with the tyre temperature & rim temperature.

its not about safety.. but why do you want to touch the rims? Even if you accidentally touched the rims for whatever reasons, thinking its too hot and comparing it with front tyre is somewhat thought provoking.

What is the correct rim temperature after 10 km ride and a 1000 km ride. We dont have any answers(limits) to that.

                  SOURCES OF HEAT

                  ■ Locked brake, defective bearing, excessive braking (User is not doing anything and the tyre is rotating freely, without any noise)

                  ■ Roadway temperature, lightning, electric arc, welding, fire, etc. (nothing to complain here too)

                  ■ Under-inflation of the tire (may be - But I doubt user is riding 6 km without any air)

                  ■ Overloading of the tire, excessive speed, etc (nothing to complain here too)

                    • Yamaha FZ 16 front absorber issues

Facing issues in front absorber in FZ 16. While riding I came into contact with a pothole which lead to this issue.
Now whenever I ride my bike some noise comes and the handle feels shaky like there's something wrong in the shock absorber. The oil leaks from front left shock absorber. I got it changed but still the same, even korn was changed still same iisue

Yu might have changed only the oil seal. Also check the spring inside fork. There are chances that the spring might have broken.

Post shock change the handle assembly has not been installed correctly.. Get it checked properly and if the SVC guy are being lazy, a mail to the back office taking the name of the service manager and the mechanic should yield you positive results in 24 hours. There is a possibility the coneset may be getting too much load because of this... an immediate inspection is recommended. When you got the front shock replaced did you got the oil filled and the rubber seal replaced only in one side or both.. ideal recommendation is chaging both sides so that the oil in both the shocks are at the same level and the seals are fresh to last longer.

                            Cheers,
