I had been using Motul 5100 with the additional additive which the SVC guy had advised for. Had checked the oil level which is just perfect.
Changes made so far by me -
    Clutch Plate and Pressure Plates,
    Clutch Housing (Primary Gear)
    Engine Oil - Motul 5100
    Chain And Sprocket
    Spark Plug - NGK Iridium
    Oil Filter
    Air Filter
Carb Cleaning and setting (SVC) - almost 6 times in the past 2 months.
and many other parts but it just not coming into shape.
I have never sped up violently, didnt do any long stretches, no rough revving or handling.
Can you let me know of the person/mechanic or the Head Mechanic as i am going to the Sewree SVC tomorrow suggested by you. I hope they would be able to fix it this time.
never ever use engine additives. Motul engine oil by itself has cleaning agent. If you use engine additives they end up forming layers of coating which eventually block a lot of small holes. avoid it asap. And stop visiting the Kamla Yamaha, Chembur. The guys at the Sewree workshop are the best. They would only recommend things to be changed if they feel it is wrong otherwise they will get the parts checked. Rakesh is the head mechanic there.. hopefully they should get rid of the problems you have had asap.

    Cheers,

Fuel additives and engine oil additives are two different things. Even I am using STP carb cleaner(fuel additive) impatiently in my ride and much more than prescribed limit. There is no phut phut sound yet.

Fuel Additives help in better combustion and hence better engine performance..
But what are engine additives used for..? What do they do..?

Relieved...probably my bike's engine is too clean now,due to Motul 7100 fully synthetic engine oil and systemG.

Btw,planning to get the CBR 250's ContiGo fitted at the rear.Wanted the Zapper Q,but its tube type.

Conti looks chunky, but poor in grip and too heavy. Dunlop Tuffgrip is worth a look.

Availability is a problem with tuffgrip. The hard compound ContiGo's width is same, just the height is a bit more.I'm fed up of punctures every week.

Contigos's don't have a good review in terms of grip in cornering.. you will end up being more frustrated with the tire slipping away more often especially during monsoons mate. So keep that into consideration. I agree with rider deville_56 in this regard and would recommend tuffgrip to be a better choice when it comes to harder compound tires.

What i was talking about earlier was engine oil additives like Nulon and other crap... don't use it when you are using a good quality engine oil. Follow routine service and she will be fine. System G is fine but use it once in 5k/ 10k intervals..

Engine oil additives are mixture of components that helps the engine oil perform better when in operation.

The SVC where i go, do give a bottle of oil additive and ask to mix with more than 3L of oil..
                      i never felt any difference..

Welcome bro. To be honest, these so called boosters are just a marketing gimmick by the companies. The difference is negligible. Is it a 3M product?

Also, incase anything happens to the hardware of the bike, your warranty will be voided. The engine oil which you put, is more than enough to handle the bike well.

                          Hi SHV 18,
I took her to Sewree Service Centre on Monday (went there on Sunday as well but it was closed) and when got it checked by the mechanics they told me that it was a normal sound and there wasnt any problem (same like other SVC guys). I insisted a lot that there was unusual noise coming from the engine but he just wouldnt believe it. But upon much insistence, they opened the gearbox and showed me the Clutch Boss which were having very fine circular (rings) marks and advised me to change it. I asked him to change it asking if that was the reason of noise but he answered in negative. I asked him to check the cam chain and valves but he told me that they were perfect and neednt be interfered with. He checked the engine oil which was very black and had to be changed. But it was 2500 kms only Motul 5100 was supposed to be changed at 3000-5000 km depending on riding style and mine could fetch for 5000 mark. Also the engine oil level was low as compared to what it should be which was around 100 ml. When asked for reason he told me to check the level in 15 days and if found less, then engine needs to be opened. He changed the pressure plates (was changed 3 months ago), clutch boss, oil filter, engine oil (Yamalube) and did normal servicing. I was hoping to find it smooth after service but alas!!! it was same and not a .1% improvement in the smoothness in the engine. I said this to the SVC guy but he told me that my bike was much smoother than other bikes on the contrary. I know there is something definitely wrong and it has to do something with the cam chain or the valve or the worst Piston (worn out rings), but they just are not able to find it. Any more suggestion or advice will certainly help me. So pls help me.
Also, after the service, I find the Gears hard while shifting down.

Hi...zapper q can also be used as a tubeless type...confirmed by the mrf expert...using it since 16 months with superior grip...btw i ktm dukes rear mrf tire is a better one than tuffgrip anyday..a bit fatter as well since it is a 150 profile tire....

The KTM's tyre is no doubt good with lots of grip.but it is ultra soft compound & my friend who owns a Duke used the stock tyre for 8 months and after 27 punctures,he finally changed to ContiGo.

Width only on paper. On our narrow rim, it will end up looking like a tall cycle tyre. Will post snap tonight. Very less contact path. I was planning for it, eventually droppped after seeing it on an FZ.
