    I usually pour Castrol Power1. But recently my cousin brother (who has taught me riding and also owns an exactly similar FZ16 as mine) suggested me to pour Yamalube (which he uses) or Gulf.
    Yamaha has come up with a new oil for r15, its a 10 40 oil and is value for money at ₹400..Its an amazing oil and vibrations will disappear...

      Hi, I've asked about the oil for FZ16 and not R15.

            What is the factory setting for Carburettor? How many turns?

            Also, can somebody point out which is the screw that needs to be turned.
            The real beauty lies in throttle's twist!!

                  Friends tomorrow i got my bike serviced. As i switched engine oil, i said to svc guys to drain oil from clutch by taking off the clutch and clean the oil strainer. But when I was driving i heard a sound from engine. So after putting the bike in gear, i pressed the clutch and tried to rotate the rear wheel with full power by my hand and it can't Complete a full rotation.
                  The oil i'm using now is motul 300v 15w50, may be the oil fried the clutch or the clutch has warped. Please give any suggestions.

                    Its not a clutch burning issue. I think while putting it back they haven't fit it properly.

                      So i've to reopen clutch case. Do i've to change engine oil again or i can use the drained one again.

                          Even after an ownership of 4-years and 6-months, with over 35000kms on the odo, this bike still touches 110km/h with easy.

                          I was also surprised to see this as I tried to go high speed after a long time today

                            Hey guys... Am planning to customize my red fz a bit with blue wrapping and the movistar, monster, yamaha and vr46 logos/symbols?.. How much would this cost?..one gfx workshop has quoted 10k which includes painting the alloys and also working on the front shocks and exhaust..is this a fair price?...also how much would a neon head ring cost?

                              10k that's a rip-off man.

                              Painting of rims shouldn't cost more than 2k. And keep one thing in mind, paint on alloys doesn't stay for long and it would be a waste of money.

                              As for stickers and wraps, go to any sticker shop as ask them for the designs. These are also cheap.

                                You are chaging the original colour lf the bike by wrapping it and for the same, you will need to change the colour in your RC book as well.

                                10k is simply rip off. What work are they going to do on front suspension and the exhaust?

                                Coloring the alloys generally costs 2k-2.5k.
