        Low mileage and missing issues.

Hello, I know a lot of discussions are already over for this topic but I am unable to find any solutions. Kindly suggest a fix or direct me to the topics discussed.
Problem - bike has clocked 60,000 kms and rebore was done recently as oil was getting dry, white smoke and low mileage. Even after rebore mileage issue not fixed .

Troubleshooting - have cleaned and tuned carburetor at local Mech for like 50 times already :/ changed air filter , tappet valve setting , tried a different fz carb :/ nothing seems to fix my problems. I am getting 25 to 30 mileage for 100rs fuel. (Currently 75rs /liter petrol)

        please help me !

Tire pressures? Chain Sprocket condition? Are the wheels moving freely? Hows the overall pick up?

I have shifted my bike from Delhi to Pune and traffic police keeps stopping me again and again even after 5 minutes riding they again stops me. But my question is that they keep asking me for NOC, i am in pune temporarily. Maximum 6 months, then why i need NOC for that. I thought NOC is needed when you move permanently or wants to sell bike.
Anyone from pune please weigh in.
Read the local laws from the regional rto website. Each state might have slightly different duration's for which you can use an outstation vehicle without paying tax/noc.
Take a printout of this and show it to the next cop who stops you.
Also if possible have some proof that your bike wasn't here longer... something like a bill from a petrol bunk in delhi with your bikes registration number and date. This will show that the bike was in delhi on that date and will usually keep cops away from writing a case or help you file a complaint/case if you wish to.
And I hope you have all the other usual papers in place!

Anything under seat that's blocking the air box? Also hows the spark plug tip?
How are u calculating the average? Is it the full tank method?

Try tank full method its more accurate. My bike gives an average of 30kmpl

Fill up the tank till its full, reset the trip meter ride for about 100kms. Again fully fill up the tank. Whatever fuel goes in now divide it with your trip meter.

If everything that i mentioned is perfect then even I'm not that knowledgeable to tell you what can be wrong, may be someone else who knows better can guide you.. However do check your choke cable & also let me know what mileage u get with tank full method!
