Take it back to svc and tell them your problem. Bikes usually feel smoother and toned down after servicing.

Check the air-fuel ratio. Lean afr will make the engine harsh.

    Ride safe and have fun.

My question here is if I buy complete set of r15 will the chain fit properly on FZ? Has anyone tried? I am concerned about chain length.
You can buy separate parts from indiaspares.in

Any specific reason for 10w40? I would suggest to go with 20w50. I had tried 10w40 once, gear shifts were little hard. I have been using 7100 20w50 for 40k Kms, never felt need of changing grade or brand.

Did you flush your engine before changing?

No. just ensure to drain till last drop and change oil filter. btw where have u based in? In northern India it makes sense to go for 10w40, especially in winter. I tried it here in Mumbai, may be that's the reason it did not work well.

If you're from TN, 20w40 or 20w50 would do the job! I'm using 20w50 for the past 3 months on my FZ-S and it's perfect even when I do my clutch less shifting.

Rear sprocket wobbles while rotating, doesn't rotate in same plane. Bearings look fine. what else could be the problem? Has anyone faced it? Planning to change chain kit and don't want to spoil new chain.

Check the wheel alignment and axle nut.

Sprocket is mounted on rubber cushion. Must be misaligned.
