Geez. I sold it last month to buy a RTR 200. So sadly don't have more photos. Although, I have now fitted the same windscreen on the RTR too. Looks like this if it helps....

What I can say is it was primarily mounted on the number plate holder. And additional support was provided by clamps attached from the sides to the forks.

Given the place where it used to be parked, it was very nicely kept and clean all the time. Maintain the Apache the same way.

                    You from the same locality?

And yes, the Apache shall get the same treatment!

You had changed the damaged the part after the drain bolt had got damaged. What is the called (part no. maybe)?
I asked the svc incharge to fix it, but he said that it can't be done as the whole lower section of the engine is a single part.
The whole casing has to be changed or if tapping can be done get that done. Changing the whole casing is damn expensive.
The real beauty lies in throttle's twist!!

Headlight can be replaced, Head cannot be. Wear a helmet.

                          Thanks for the reply.

Ya, the whole casing is expensive. I had done tapping, but the threads got damaged again. I think it wasn't done straight.
Will have to get tapping done again

                          Ride safe and have fun.

Yes i did changed the rear mono-shock of my m/c in early 2012 and at that very time the ODO was around 65-70K kms. The price i paid for the mono-shock was around 2400-2450 inr.

About meter console not working properly, I guess it is happening because of the carbon deposits inside the connectors. Apply WD-40 into the connectors, it helps.

Heating issue after engine overhaul MIGHT be happening because of over tightening of tappets or improper fueling. Get the valve clearence checked and carburetor cleaned and finely tuned. I guess the airfilter and the spark plugs are new as you would have changed them during overhaul.

The mono-shock is costing upwards of 3k now and the yellow ones (for 1st gen) are not in stock. Only 2nd
