Yamaha FZ-16/ FZ-S
Another question xD, does someone know what the heck is this noise? http://vocaroo.com/i/s1nZaNxwGA0r
I thought that it was the valves, but i already adjust them, decompressor moves kind of normal, chain tensioner no problem, it could be a bearing?
Thank youLast edited by rushiop; 02-10-2017, 11:46 PM.

Re: Yamaha FZ-16/ FZ-S
Any one from pune please reply.
I have shifted my bike from Delhi to Pune and traffic police keeps stopping me again and again even after 5 minutes riding they again stops me. But my question is that they keep asking me for NOC, i am in pune temporarily. Maximum 6 months, then why i need NOC for that. I thought NOC is needed when you move permanently or wants to sell bike.
Anyone from pune please weigh in.

Re: Yamaha FZ-16/ FZ-S
Bro I am facing the same issue the threads on oil drain pan are gone as of now I am using mseal to stop the leak, anyways how much does it cost to re thread the oil drain pan and please share the resultsOriginally posted by eagle06 View PostI have gone to svc today and he told the bolt has become loose(can be due to vibrations). He had tightened it for now.
He said if it leaks again , the threads have to re-bored.
It was leaking more after he tightened the screw.
I have taken to local shop where he re threaded the oil drain hole and fitted a larger drain bolt for now. Will have to check the result ==

Re: Yamaha FZ-16/ FZ-S
I faced this issue just after 1st service. I have screwed in a bit oversized bolt (I mean oversized threads on same size bolt). It's been 3 years and 60k on the odo. Everything is fine till now. I just take extra precaution while loosening and tightening it. BTW re threading will not cost more than 300.Originally posted by rahul9250133815 View PostBro I am facing the same issue the threads on oil drain pan are gone as of now I am using mseal to stop the leak, anyways how much does it cost to re thread the oil drain pan and please share the resultssigpic

afaik, there's a rule that u don't need to register the bike in ur new city/state if u are going to live there for less than a year... (but i was confused (or mostly i don't remember) as to how will one know when the duration has started, is there any document required of the same?)
i read about that in detail in this forum itself; let me search again and i will provide u the thread link;
