.. well the head lamp glass and reflector set alone costs 900, and the two gray plastic pieces around headlight is 100 rs each.
for the tank its somewhere around 550 to 600 per side.
and for the tyre. always make sure the pressure (that is cold air pressure) is set at 33 psi. (see to sticker on the right side stay under the muffler.)
and it does look like its running flat, and one some road surfaces it does sound like its punctured or loosing air.. thub thub thub...
next time try to install a crash guard... to avoid such accidents. better paint of the tank scratched area instead of new panel (unless its broken!!)
safe riding u and ur friend.

I have filled nitrogen...immediately after i had nitrogen filled...i felt the handling to have become lighter...but after nearly a month...i don`t feel any substantial improvement in handling...the only thing is pressure remains almost same except for a loss of 1-2PSI.Originally posted by Braveheart View PostI had a querry...
what are the benifits of filling with NITROGEN?
or its just another way to fool customersSignature nahi hai....angutha chalega?sigpic

Hello Gd, as far as I know, the first lot of the FZ-S are already sold out. Meaning, they should be rolling on the streets. One silver red combo is parked in the parking lot of my office. I also saw one black-green combo. I have to admit, the black-green combo looks stunning, much better than what I had perceived from the pics earlier.Originally posted by gd76 View PostHas Yamaha released white colour on the FZ, because I saw one the other day here in Bangalore on Kasturba road-MG road junction, or has someone else got it repainted too. It looked good.

I also had heard the FZ-16s were being sold with custom paint from the Yamaha Dealers themselves. I am not sure which dealer amongst all is this.DoN\'t LivE tO DiE, dIe tO LiVe

@GD: The white FZ is definitely a custom paint job. Either done-up by the Yam dealer or the owner himself.
@Pranay: How on earth did you find the Black-Fluorescent green combo palatable?
The contrast-colours are so loud that the resultant effect makes the ROOTS musical horns redundant !

Indeed it is a custom paint job. I know the owner of the bike.Originally posted by gd76 View PostHas Yamaha released white colour on the FZ, because I saw one the other day here in Bangalore on Kasturba road-MG road junction, or has someone else got it repainted too. It looked good.
