I was just going through iftex website, along with the system G you mentioned here, there was another Fuel additive too, which they recommend for 2 wheelers but has a higher dosage. Do check it out.

Thanks a million to all of you for such well elaborated answers....now i think i should go straight ahead for upgrade....
but i am from Nepal
i don't know how to get them here and i am worried about installation part.I hope you know..bikes cost hell a lot over here because of our senseless custom duty...
FZS costs 210000nrs(131250 indian rupee) .So i think it will be better for me to come there and get them myself and use some open boarder to skip custom duty.
One last question...Joel's ffe doesn't have catalic converter right?I dont't care about loud sound, infact i love it but what about exhaust gas?How poisonous would it be?I can go upto some extent but i don't like to cross limit.

buddy initially it was just console lights nd parking light which used to turn off....now when i switch it to left most position i m unable to turn on my headlamps ....sometimes......u sure lubrication will solve the problem??...or is there anythng wrng with the electricals??? also i have a plastic cover like thing which i have put around the switch area also for console. is it advisable.....i believe it should protect the switch frm rains....Originally posted by shv18 View Postuse WD 40 judiciously in the switchgears and the problem will go.. happens usually when the lubrication gets washed off due to rains.. you will periodically need to lube it.

Yup 100%... You have never lubed the switch gears have you except may be during servicing?? and the problem only started appearing during monsoon right? then it has to do with lubing.. switch gears don't die down so easily..Originally posted by vimal_hbk View Postbuddy initially it was just console lights nd parking light which used to turn off....now when i switch it to left most position i m unable to turn on my headlamps ....sometimes......u sure lubrication will solve the problem??...or is there anythng wrng with the electricals??? also i have a plastic cover like thing which i have put around the switch area also for console. is it advisable.....i believe it should protect the switch frm rains....
you will have to judiciously lube it for everyday for 2-3 days. I personally don't like putting anything plastic on my ride.. If for any reason water starts seeping inside the switchgear.. the plastic covering may end up acting like a barrier; not letting the water out of the special drain spots; resulting in rusting.. i fine with lubing it at a higher frequency if required during monsoons.

You have copper contacts, Rain has gotten onto them and started oxidizing (rust) This layer of rust is not conducting a current hense your switch's are not working.Originally posted by vimal_hbk View Postbuddy initially it was just console lights nd parking light which used to turn off....now when i switch it to left most position i m unable to turn on my headlamps ....sometimes......u sure lubrication will solve the problem??...or is there anythng wrng with the electricals??? also i have a plastic cover like thing which i have put around the switch area also for console. is it advisable.....i believe it should protect the switch frm rains....
You simply need to remove the green rust.
Use a phillips screwdriver (there should be one under your seat in the little tool pouch) and undo the screws, exposing the internals.
Get (electrical)contact cleaner spray the contacts (using the little tube to reach those hard to get at places) and work the switches, Keep spraying, Don't be stingy the stuff grows on trees
let the product evaporate,
(optional)while its evaporating get your dirty leathermans/gerber/multitool/pocket knife out and give that a good spray too.
Then after 20seconds or so try switching it on and see if its working.
If not then give it another squirt with the contact cleaner.
you can get silicone grease or vaseline and use them quite liberally and coat the contacts to prevent any further corrosion (until it gets washed off a few months later)
If its wet you can use WD40/CRC type spray as it is a water repellent.
Then you can leave it as it is or try the steps previously with the contact cleaner.

Hi Nice to hear what's happening to you. I'd like to ask you a question. What do you think if I change only the 180 cc big bore kit and ride her with stock exhaust? Will I get any difference in speed, I mean the top-speed?Originally posted by rylan View PostI might be late entering the party late

Guess yes you will get the difference,Originally posted by jonahmano View PostHi Nice to hear what's happening to you. I'd like to ask you a question. simple logic..if you have a big heart you will need big intake and if intake is big outcome has to be big...so without FFE or exhaust mod 180 kit is not gonna be worth to it..Heart Meets Soul when you ride...

Why bother wasting your money on getting more power when you will simply choke it with your highly restrictive overweight factory exhaust designed for a 150cc.Originally posted by jonahmano View PostHi Nice to hear what's happening to you. The top speed is already determined by the sprockets, Not by HP, However getting the top speed is determined by the engine + aerodynamics + tyre rolling friction + rider weight etc.
Perhaps its easier to put it this way.
What top speed do you want to get and then work backwards.
With my 200cc and 15t I get 106kph in 4th gear @ redline (But I found out I can get to 110kph in 4th when it slipped out of 5th and back to 4th) Havn't redlined 5th but have now been to 135kph and shut down.
