    Hi Sudeepnbr & aargee, I cannot believe that honda has done compromise with the quality, that's not thier way of working. I have worked with Honda (HSCI not HMSI) and I know how keen they are to maintain thier top notch quality. They cannot accept customer dissatisfaction.

    Engine seizure have differnt reasons...expansion of piston and its peripherals due to excessive heating, abuse of engine etc... Sometimes we unknowingly abuse our engine and this causes serious troubles. Sometimes even if u are not abusing it can happen and that is what called as bad luck.

    I can understand how u must be feeling after spending so much and not geeting the desired satisfaction. But Dont worry i have that faith in Honda and its quality. May be you can directly contact HMSI after market/service head and ask for help or just say them to get your bike replaced...May this can work for you...

      Want to build your own race stand (paddock)?

      Want to build your own rear stand? If you have access to a welder and some steel tubing and a bit of motivation then hopefully this page might help to build your own and save a few dollars. I knocked this stand up and I'm pretty happy with the results. I have saved my drawings in AutoCAD, DXF and JPG formats for downloading. I've also posted some pictures to show off the results.                       First of all welcome mate !!

                      About the quality, I have been driving my CBR now for about a 20 days, I have done about 1300 Kms, clocked a top speed of 142 Kmph, there are no Major probs related to frame or the engine.

                      But the fairing gaps, the quality of clip-ons, a bit of rusting here and there, also the irritating clung clung noise from the steering cone.

                      I think these problems will be further eliminated as the production ramps up.

                        As for the Paddock stand, i have searched on the net, and the price ranges are from 3k to 10k or more depending on brand and quality.

                              Fantastic tank pad bro,keep good care of it bcoz in bangalore morons dont even leave any tank pad on any new bike,let alone all the stickers.I dont know about Delhi but Take care to apply Fevicol around the edges of the sticker to prevent such morons to steal the tank pad.
