Once upon a time, a guy asked a girl 'Will you marry me?'
      The girl said, 'NO!'

And the guy lived happily ever after and rode motorcycles and watched sport on a big screen TV, went fishing and surfing, and played golf a lot, and drank beer and scotch and had tons of money in the bank and left the toilet seat up and farted whenever he wanted.

      THE END

Rolon and I think diamond I think you can source it from, but a chain sprocket kit costs 1800-2000rs from the Honda spares, soo its not very expensive, you can get it changed at a Honda SVC itself as per your wish.

I heard it costs Rs. 3000 but not sure, I was talking to SVC for conversion but they told its bit complicated as some coils also need to be changed along with wiring. I'm yet to check with "expert" in SVC yet.

The LED unit costs Rs. 6000 and it does require some good wiring skills to make sure it works. Check out the video, Strell has done a good job explaining on how he got it installed, what worked before and what didn't work after the LED light swap, quite a nice video.

                Cheers!

I saw the video earlier , but he never told how he replaced new one with old one which is understandable.

Soo once again, I did another round of spare part shopping and went and picked up a new rear shock and a new coneset as I felt its time to change. Bike has done 47k km almost, like the chain the shock's life is anywhere between 20-25k km of life. Total cost was around 2900rs Click image for larger version

Roots Wireless Alarm is the way to go, cheap and effective. Secondly, it's advisable to use a disc lock, cost effective disc locks are available , as long as it locks the front wheel immobilizing the bike, it's extremely handy in such areas. What I'd suggest is lock your bike using an extra long cable lock to an immovable object such as a pole or something solid next to the bike this way it's extremely hard to move the bike and with the alarm on your bike it's easy for you to notice any unduly activities, my two cents.

                        Cheers!

After 7 years of ownership, the first electrical malfunction. The radiator fan would not switch off even after the ignition was turned off. The cause was a faulty relay, replace the same and all is back to normal.

Had something similar happen to me last year , was fearing the worst with fuel pump damage, turns out it was 176rs fuel pump relay which was kaput, earlier last year I had a issue where the radiator wasn't turning off, even after a few mins, turns out it was a small electrical issue again.

                                Hi Guys,

Its 6 months of ownership of my BS4 CBR250r, it has clocked 4800km. The long ride was Calicut to Chennai and back which was about 1500km up and down. I don't ride my bike every day since I keep on traveling for work. But I do take it for a ride when ever I can. Last week I completed my 2nd service everything went fine except that my chain ribber slider was broken. The availability of the part was an issue as service centre was not having same in Calicut KTC Honda. So yesterday I was on Coimbatore and I checked in few service centre here but they also didn't have finally I asked them to check in their dealer portal as to where in TN they have stock to my surprise non of the dealers in TN were having stock of it. I lost hope of getting it replaced ASAP but then there was a shop , Genuine Honda spare 'stockist' I went there to check and they were having the stock I bought 2pcs for myself since the availability of the part is limited and for future use.
