I had the same thoughts but depends on the fork thickness and the the t stem bottom and top plate would change.

Can you install 9AH amaron battery in Honda CBR250R will it damage ECU or any other electrical components?
I had a 7AH amaron battery and it got dead and the dealer doesnt have stock from last 25 days i am thinking of upgrading it to 9AH Battery
I heard earlier in posts that few xbhpians have installed it but nowhere can find if it created any issues with the bike

Has anyone tried Motul DOT 5.1 brake fluid?
      Is it recommended for Cbr250r?

Fitting a Higher Ampere Capacity Battery will not damage any component of any Vehicle. Fitting a Higher Voltage Battery source Definitely will.
So a 9 AH battery in place of 7 AH will not cause any problem except adjusting in the space for fitment. ..
If you want to change the Brake fluid in CBR 250 R stick to DOT 4. It is a good choice with positive results. Both Dot 4 and 5.1 are Glycol based and can be used without flushing traces of previous oil. Dot 5.1 has higher boiling point.
Here is a link to further clarify...
The main difference between DOT 4 and DOT 5.1 brake fluid is in their boiling points. These make up part of the standards these fluids need to meet. Find out what they are.

Lovely. Do you have a part number or something on the aftermarket HTA seal?

                  Cheers!

Once upon a time, a guy asked a girl 'Will you marry me?'
                  The girl said, 'NO!'

And the guy lived happily ever after and rode motorcycles and watched sport on a big screen TV, went fishing and surfing, and played golf a lot, and drank beer and scotch and had tons of money in the bank and left the toilet seat up and farted whenever he wanted.

                  THE END

If you increase the current flow in any wire beyond it's design it is likely to burn. So try to remain within the Spec of the bike's rating. If you must have more loads attached to your electrical system, then run specific wires , separately from battery with proper fuse. Remember each extra device adds loading of Battery , Stator, and RR. .
                      Good Luck.
