There is nothing special about the bulb at all. If they are retailing at 800rs it is purely their margins. Fortunately they dont retail the contigo or else that would be retailing 6000rs upwardsOriginally posted by Mzee_Maverik View PostCan anyone please tell me the specialty of CBR's stock 60/55 halogen bulb???

Also why would someone want to buy a bulb, tyre or battery from any ASC when it is available in the open market at a cheaper rate.

Im worried about your honda mateOriginally posted by Himalayan RiderYou have hero Honda then why you are worried about Honda?
actually some parts of CBR are costly such as spark plug which retails at 650rs approx but they are iridium so it justifies the price so i thought that the halogen might be special.Originally posted by nsengg View PostThere is nothing special about the bulb at all. Hello all, got my rear brake pads replaced yesterday after 7060kms , used pulsars rear brakes. Its pretty easy and a DIY job after seeing my local mechanic fit it. it was a direct fit BUT...., no where on pulsars break pads mentioned if its bybre, I guess it's made by pulsar. Breaking is very poor now! it's not like before or sharp as many claimed it would be :/ I read online that new pads need to break in, this is not my first bike n never experienced d same on any ! Is there something I am missing or did I make a wrong move choosing pulsars pads ?CBR 650F <02/2017>

Thank you all :-)
Hello everyone...
Got my First bike.. CBR 250R...
Past one week with my bike has been awesome..
and few days before that... terrible.. waiting for the bike...
I got a new Lid LS2 :-)
pics attached....
recently got this problem...
the gear shifting isnt as smooth.. it makes a huge noise when UP shifting or DOWN shifting...
However.... UP shifting at 4000rpm is butter smooth.. and DOWN shifting untill the speed has reduced considerable to cause knocking is smooth..
what can be done?sigpic

So where exactly did you buy the lid from? Mlore? I was zeroing in on the same lid online everywhere, but then got myself a SOL Metalman Red. Meetup someday thenOriginally posted by Avenger88 View PostLS 2 lid cost: Rs. 3800

As for the shifting, avoid shifting below 4k rpm in higher gears. Knocking isnt good for you in the long run.Got a $5 head? Get a $5 helmet.

Hey Guys... Couple of quick queries..
1. How do u put this beauty ( 250R of coarse
) at performance in the city & highway?? ( I'm pretty certain about the highway part but had to ask )
2. What mileage are you all able to pull outta it ( both city, highway & also frequent touring ( like in the weekends with a busy or moderate city riding )
3. I know this might not be appropriate but hope you all understand the reason behind this particular query- Comparing to the KTM, if any of you have experienced on both, what ups & downs can u list?
Appreciated everyone..Ride Fair, Ride Hard...
