A service tomorrow and then I'm done with the bike for a few days because frankly, I am sick of the body fatigue.
Thanks to every xbhp member who has helped me through it. Cheers.

Hi
Just relax mon!, don't grip thy bars strong, just hold it like a two month old baby. Don't extend your elbows outside.
Further there are at least 3 positions where you can adjust yourself on the saddle, Find out the best one for you.
Relax every body joints and ride.
Observe often if any body part is not relaxed.
Just stretch and relax on every traffic signal.
Grip the sides a little with thighs when braking in traffic on downhill and slopes.
After a week you will have the body run-in complete with CBR ("body run-in" - word from @theironhorse99 .
After sometime I found this semi sporty position on CBR as best for me.
Wear good fitting gloves and observe fingers on controls if they are over working - if yes adjust the style.

Question:
Why fuel indicator is not showing any bars???

I've been trying to find a comfortable spot but haven't been able to as yet. My riding is mostly on the highways so I need to figure something out according to the situation. Also the DSG pants I bought have been probably the worst purchase because they cause a sore bottom sooner than normal jeans do. I hope I finish my 'body run in' before my trip to Daman. Thanks for the help.

As for the fuel indicator not showing any bars, lol I was checking the FE on my bike and the indicator had starting blinking. I must have timed the picture right accidentally I suppose.

Also, Could you help me with a slight issue? I had posted a while ago about my third gear(2-3 upshift) causing a lond clanking noise and people suggested that the gears need to be 'run-in' as well so now it's been 1000kms and one oil Change and still the noise persists and has gotten louder if I remember clearly. What should I say to the ASC guy tomorrow since I am pretty sure he will give me the same excuse he did last time saying 'mechanical parts will always make sounds' even though the other gears are whisper silent just so he can skip the hard work.
Could it be that the specific gear is faulty and must be replaced?

kpvision probably his last bar was blinking...and the timing of the shutter coincided with the moment when the bar disappeared momentarily

Nothings need to replaced or repaired this early, just ride it normally, max you can check is clutch setting. Do not imagine too many things, over imaginative mind will do harm insted of good. I can understand your anxity but be patient it is a 250cc single & I dont think that 1k running is enough to run in the complete bike.

Here are few pics of my bike.Completed 10k day before yesterday to celebrate today early morning went for a ride to Lavasa city,Pune, had a blast there. In the afternoon received a front PSD shipped from Ahamadabad,a big thanks to Sharad Alury & Ayazbhai Mansuri, now my bike has both PSds.Front 110/70/17 and rear 130/80/17.

Is that an akrapovic? Also, that dot on ur rear tire looks like nail.

I see your point. Just that I have had a very bad experience with my previous bike, the stunner. And a lot of money has gone into the bike and I don't want it to start developing problems over time but yes, being patient should be a better option for a while.
How much time do you reckon the run in should be complete then?
