A few days back I'v done my 3rd service. ODO having 5400 Kms on it.
SVC didn't have the Full synthetic oil which comes in Black bottle, so I denied to change my Engine oil. Engine oil has been changed on 2nd servicing 3K ago.
I told the mechanic to check the valve clearance and all, he said as the bike has used less, that would not be an issue. They did a routine checkup, cleaning, lubrication and anti rusting for rainy season.
I'm planning to change engine oil on 5K, Will it be fine ? Anything I need to take care apart from frequent chain lubing for rainy season?

First you said ODO has 5400km on it... and last line you say 'change engine oil on 5k' ?
Do you mean you will extend the interval to 5k - i.e. around 7400 km (considering you said it was changed at second service '3K ago')
Ideally, do not extend oil change interval beyond 3k .. If unavoidable (but do not make it a habit), then at least check and top up oil and keep it at the recommended levels and change it asap. Regular oil changes between 2k-3k km is what I would recommend, that way once in a while you could push further for oil changes during emergencies and your engine would still be clean and well protected... but frequently ignoring and extending oil changes is not recommended.

Yes you said it correctly, willing to change it after 5K from last change. i.e at 7.5K. As the current season is rainy can I extend it? I'm planning to visit ASC after 1.5 months.
Just checked the oil level today morning and its below lower. Need to changed ASAP. Can you guys quickly suggest which oil could be used as an alternative of Honda throttle. At my place ASC are running out of Honda oil.
Can anyone tell whats the price of the below and is it good for CBR.

I am a CB Trigger owner but have some concerns related with Honda as well as my bike. Need your opinion on it.
Got second servicing done of my bike @ 3700 kms.
Mileage and engine refinement wise bike is going great. I get around 48-49 kmpl in City.
But since last servicing, I can feel that one thing has changed with my bike and I don't know whether it is good or bad.
My bike's handle bar weighs up as I gain speed. It will be become so heavy that bike will not allow me to leave the lane too easily.
But I am able to maneuver the bike very well through the traffic and at slow speeds.
I am confused, whether it is a problem or a good thing? But for sure it was not the case before the servicing.
Does second servicing include any sort of handle bar tuning??
I am quite irritated with Honda guys by now.
First I had to chase them to get my petrol tank under warranty. Finally done with that.
But while fitting it they have screwed something with fuel gauge float inside the tank.
They are not able to figure it out in 2 visits, going to visit for third time this weekend.
Now this handle bar issue popped up.
It has been just 3.5 months of ownership and these are the concerns I have to deal with.

Honda: sach kar denge sapne, sirf apne!!
At high speed all handle bars weigh up and you start counter steering to change direction, if I'm not wrong.

check front tyre pressure...
check coneset.. too tight coneset leads to difficult handling....
above that.. at high speeds body weight is used to change direction and little effort with the handling... and yes the handle does feel heavy but nothing like difficult to change lanes..

Thanks man.
Will ask them to check cone set.
Also will check it over the period of 2-3 days, after which I will be visiting dealerships.
Zeroed down on the cause of weighing up of handle bar..!!
It's purely related to unskilled workman ship A.S.S. guys have done.
TO sort out the fuel gauge issue, then have removed digital display and float inside tank.
While fitting it back, they failed to route those properly and hence there is no spare length available.
Thus these cables are preventing the handle from turning.
Question to All CBR Owners & Experts, Please help me out.
Now I'm not regular in this forum as well not to my CBR, but I do the all periodical maintenance in time. My bike is 2 years 11 Months old and clocked 18251km. In the mean time I change my Battery which is Exide XPTZ -7 as a spare (The Original ETZ-7 is there too and it's not dead) & Today during a 40 KM ride I experienced some horrible experience two times. In both case Engine shut off completely when the bike just about move in a signal in 1st Gear, but the display is there - No malfunction light came up - No Display goes off - just the starter refuse to crank up - after 7/8 attempt the engine came to life.
During Second Encounter at T-junction taking right turn shift to 1st gear with Indicator On the Engine shut off completely and this time it didn't came into life by any crank attempt, Now it already run at-least 38 km highway run . As well no malfunction light or no display goes off & no reboot which I believe the sign of Dead or Discharge battery. Push the bike 5/10 feet and crank after 2/3 attempt it came to life and I'm able to reach my destination.
I don't believe it is a battery failure as I regularly charge them also checked the battery voltage after these incident - which 14.40 volt when the engine running 12.90 / 12.84 volt when off.
After returning crank up the bike 5-7 times with Normally & Head Lamp / Indicator On - Every time it came up into life without braking sweat. Battery condition is excellent.
My question what is it ? Is it Engine Seizure in progress ?
Last I drove the bike 6 days ago.
And during travel If I keep ignition on then the engine is running - when I turn the Engine off ignition is also off - Never keep the Ignition On without Engine running.
