        • Guys !

The dealers are saying , we can't get that 50 th anniversary logo . I asked one of my friend to inquire in pudupet . If they also not have means , i'm planning to make some graphic design or i will stick the Yamaha Fuel tank logo in the place of 50 th anniversary .

Can any one suggest me ,which component can be used to remove the GUM ? I used coconut oil , but there is no use .

          • From the creator of FCU(what is fcu?click here)...comes the Wireless Mobile Dashboard...

It displays important information like engine RPM more accurately than meters found in many bikes.
            Top bar - Engine RPM
            Bottom bar - Throttle position
Number on top right - Battery voltage

More features coming - Engine temperature, actual speed (gps based) and other more interesting information... stay tuned

do note that the bike on testing is fz150i (imported and rebranded vixion from indonesia, a r15 counterpart - tuned down in malaysia)

Try petrol , it worked for me . Pour some petrol in cotton and start rubbing in circular motion

Use diesel always use diesel, petrol can damage the paint. Or try WD40(my choice).

Dude , you will not get the 50 th anniversary logo . There is a place called Pudupet ( in Chennai ) . I have asked my friend to start inquiring those workshop people to get Yamaha 50 th anniversary logo . You can ask me how do they get ( Reason - The Logo & sticker steal er have connections with these type of guys and if they got 1 means they used to sell out in double/triple the rate of actual cost of this logo . For ex: if logo costs 250 bucks , they used to sell it for 500-700 bucks or even more) . By the way , the logo pic , which you have attached belongs to international R125 or R6 or R1 or might be any other Yamaha BIKE . Fuel tank logo - The logo which is stuck on both sides ( left/right ) of the fuel tank ..

                          • Maybe this is not the right place to post this, but could not find any other thread. Still thought of sharing -

Yesterday went to an IOCL petrol bunk to get a tank full. The bike galloped 9.11 litres and the amount on the gas station showed Rs. 761 ( I am sure of both the numbers). Gave my card for swiping. Then realised something's not right, the petrol rate here is Rs. 73.5 and hence the amount must not have exceeded Rs. 735!. Went to the guy who was about to swipe for 761. Asked for the system generated bill. And there it was, 9.11 litres and Rs. 670! The guy said sorry saar it is Rs. 670 and not Rs. 761.
I still dont know how did that station show Rs. 761! Its terrifying to see what level these guys can go to to cheat us

Aura will be home this friday.
*worried/scared* Wonder if she'll be normal again.

Went to Bangalore Wheels, Rajajinagar. Saw the might FZ1 there. A must see. If you do go, ask for Dinesh and tell him about 'an xBhpian from Gujarat', he had let me sit and feel her up all over.

P.S.: In Namma Bengaluru after a long time. Feels good. Really good.

@Those who are aware: The spares have arrived. Aura's damaged parts will be replaced and she will be serviced and delivered to my brother (as I am here in B'lore) this friday. Fingers crossed for a better tomorrow.
