Seriously?? You know very well r15 console doesn't display time... And still you wanted to tell that.
And everyone knows NS is powerful than r15 and we didnt ask for comparison here in ownership thread.. We know what we want and if you think its crap rather discuss in your thread and stop showing off here... Sorry for being rude

If I want to know what are the exact timings ,despite of the fact that they will be slower ,is that a crime, does anyone is paying me dollars to criticize r15 over ns when I own both a nd I love both ,on the first place ,why do you think I spend 1.27 ,for mocking lifeless people like you who instead of helping (even if it was on bike not on you) starts showing off their real personality. ..
And for clock, if there isn't one,it would have shown your good nature if you would've told me any way to get one, writing in all your bs crap...? Was that necessary. ..?

Guys , this is one of the best rated ownership thread in Xbhp. Pls dont spoil it with your egos. Comparing R15 with P200NS isnt fair. If you think R15 is slower than a P180, then why did you take it ? You could have taken a P180. Similarly compare your NS with duke 200 which might yield a better comparison . R15 is a bike , so is NS , both deserve respect , one is highly powerful , but not the other . Why ? Because the other is just 150cc and is in the league of other 150cc's like the CBR 150R. And for your queries like the clock , read the owners manual first.
Ride, ride and ride.. But always do it responsibly..

Thanks ,that is kind of reply I expect from a decent r15 owner, not some whack job
And buddy the rear disc is producing noise( slightly) ,is that normal or should I go to svc. ..?

It should get some run in , let the pads settle , let it run a little more kms , even then if it persists , pressure wash the pads .

Ha ha ha... Now you mind your words buddy. I would have told you in a decent way if you really needed help. But it was not the case..you know everything even before buying R15.. After buying obvi you know.. But you were asking that just to criticise. Not for knowing. I can bet on that. Dont just manage the situation by telling ypu asked for help and i replied you in a hard way..
And mind your words.. This is my last reply to you here since i dont wanna spoil the thread.. Hope you wont do.

The bike is simply superb, its been just 4 days since I started riding this machine and I have already clocked 700km, that's how much I love riding it. As I had been riding I was thinking of asking this, how often do you guys use the rear brake? I have almost never used it so far, maybe like 4 or 5 times. The front alone seems sufficient enough, unless I'm going on gravel or rugged terrain.

The brakes are pretty good , one brake is enough to stop the bike , but as the braking law suggests , use 70-30 ratio while braking . Or maybe 80-20 depending on the surface and speed.

Bro you're butthurt even though I didn't attempt to troll anyone here. Read my post please, neither I tried to start a flame war nor I disrespected your capable machine.
The picture above with the guy in leather suit looks uber cool indeed. However, as I stated my opinion. It is an amusing sight to see a normal tall guy riding down the street, in the city on R15 v2.0. My point is that the bike has a slightly smaller but a compact build to have such a striking YZF-R6 (my dream bike) resembling looks. To shed weight to compensate for it's 150cc engine. It is still a terrific bike to ride, feels powerless at first to Pulsarians, but with time you begin to appreciate the unique riding experience it offers.
If you don't know how it feels to be tall and riding bikes with race ergos then don't comment pls. Even my 200NS feels small to me but it's seat height and ergos feel like a perfect blend of sport and comfort.

true man, for taller riders (im 5'11) r15 isn't a fun bike to sit on, looks funny, feels funny. But we can't complain. For us tallers riders it is simply not in our destiny to fully enjoy this purpose built machine .. mini r6

                                I wasn't flaming you either. I gave a counter example that's all.
Also, I don't deny that R15 will feel cramped for taller riders. Its a small bike after all. But a good rider will be able to adjust to it nevertheless. And no sensible rider will buy a bike based on "how he looks on the bike".
