That's sad and scary. Tell us more under what circumstances it got stolen so that we also can take precautions.
Did you file a theft report?

Please always use a gps device in your bike under petrol tank will be good, neverever forgot to lock your rear disc brake, never park bike too deep or too much exposed in parkings, never relay on those crap dirt cheap CCTV cameras mostly they are down near hotels and restro. Keep bike simple as much as you can. Love it more than anything Its not just a bike it's our soul.

Hope you find your bike buddy. You may have to look for sources other than cops. Spread the news, stay vigilant. The first thing they will do is change the number plate. They are sure to take rounds on it. So make sure you don't just let anyone pass.

Anyone has tried a 110/70 R17 tire for the front? I wanted a long term review. I was considering a Pilot Street as an upgrade. The michelin site shows recommended tire for R15 as 110/70 for the front. Hence... Would appreciate a review.

            Don't use 110/70 R17

If you want cornering and grip on roads use low profile tyres rather then using normal tyres Wil share pics in morning ,I m getting full control over corners bye using low profile tyres but you will face braking difference.

Low profile tyres are less responsive when it come to braking.

Sorry for OT and multiple posts, but I understand getting the stock front tyre is difficult.

I've a stock front tyre (MRF Zapper FY1 90/80r17) which I used for around 1000kms on my unicorn 160 before selling it. No punctures, no damage. PM me if interested.

                PS - I'm from Bengaluru.

hatebreeder 110/70 is too wide for the rim. I suggest you to stick to stock for the front, it's the best.

No it isn't about availability. I wanted a different brand. Stickier tire actually. This one works fine for the 1st year, then starts hardening up. Don't like that. Since 110/70 is easily available, was wondering if I can use that.

Someone had used it on R15.

But I feel it's too wide for the rim, and it kills the front end feel.

90/80 is an odd size and getting a different tyre of that size will be difficult here in India.

Guys.. My bike is nearing the 3rd service and all of a sudden the bike feels really rough! Don't know what's the cause for it... By the way I ripped my bike a little more from the last service.. Could it be the reason for the roughness?? Am not sure about it.. So please tell me what could be the cause for it.
                        Thanks!

The ones used on the Apache right? It's a 90/90 R17. I dunno if TVS has started stocking them. That was my plan. to get Sport Demons. But No news so far on TVS selling motorcycles with those tires.

How many kms have you done since the last service. If you have done around 3k kms, then is should be normal. Get the service done and you will feel the difference. make sure that you change the engine oil as well as the oil filter.

Ripping a well maintained bike causes no issues. If the bike is due service for a long time, the oil has not been changed then it may cause trouble.

Moreover dirty and dry chain also causes harshness and vibrations, clean and lube the chain well and half of the problem usually disappears.

bad fuel quality also increases harshness, try changing your fuel outlet and see if that makes any difference. Go for good fuel stations to ensure you get good quality fuel.
I would like to thank my legs for supporting me, my arms for being always by my side and my fingers; I could always count on them.

I have done nearly 2500 kms and no worries about the fuel quality! Coz it's the best fuel available in the city and I'm continuously filling my tank in the same petrol bunk! I suspect the chain, coz it's too dirty due to the recent rain in the city..

Hey guys I had a small query. I am going to buy the R15 v2 in a few days. So as the bike is a fully faired bike and if the bike falls down due to mishandling the fairing can get damaged. So are there any aftermarket safety guards of any sort which can help me protect such mishaps ?
