It is possible that there is air inside your brake lines which would indicate the free play. Bleeding would sort it out

His Orange warning light comes up almost every day for around half a minute and then turns off by itself. IT DOESNT BLINK. Engine Heat is fine. The bike behaviour remains unchanged during this time. What could be the issue?

And once or twice on different occasions the bike gave hiccups and stalled, it ran fine after restart. No Warning lights came on.

      Please help. Thanks

When exactly is the orange light coming up? At the time of switching on the bike or during runtime? Engine lights switch is connected to around 17 sensors across the bike including the speed sensor. Please check if the speedo is showing the correct figures. If yes, better check it up with a ASC as the bike is getting stalled also. It maybe because of dirty fuel lines or clogged air filter.

The orange warning light is coming on the running. No particular pattern. And hiccups r just recent. The warning light just comes on for a long time and tgen goes off. Happening almost everyday. What could be the reason.

They told me that der is water inside d fuel tank and due to dat the fuel pump stopped working...and to be replaced and it just cost arround 7.5k...after hearing this u can well imagine my feelings....as am a jobless student unable to afford took it back to my room and planed to rectify the problem opened the fuel tank 9-10 times everytime a new problem...but from the starting i noticed following thing

1.wen i turned ignition on the fuelpump guurrrrrr sound is coming it means the electric motor is in working....

Sooo i was quit happy that i can do something so dat it can work properly and save my money

First tym i opend it my self i cnt write down the full procedure to open the fuel tank it was my first tym...i took out full petrol and about 50 ml of water or more i got from the tank after kicking out water full day i kept d uel pumpunder the sunlight to dry it ..and installed back to tank and poured fresh petrol installed everything well it started working..back to this date after 5-6 months same problem occurrd as fuel tank faced direct heavy rain onto itbut this tym d prob was too complicated as the dirt entered into the electric motor..and it was blocked...this tym i faced prob like hell i opend several times and installed and on finally attempt i opened each and every small part of fuel pump and seperatly cleaned and let den dry for more than 72 hrs sunlight insted if sunlight during night time i used 60 watt bulb in a cardboard box to dry up everything and after 8-9 days i suceeded in repairing the fuel pump and it us still working well...and last thing i like to tell u is dat this all procedure is nt simple as i am writing many times u ill nt sucessed but finally u illl get soon wat u want...for any problem regarding the fuel pump and headlamps cn whats up on 9840319040

Hi guys I'm getting a vibration sound from the meter assembly during 3000-4000 rpm. Is there anyway to rectify this?

When the console is vibrating place your hand over the visor if the vibration stops then it's confermed that the visor is loose!

Howdy mates, Hope everyone is doing alright.
Got a little doubt, recently i received a call from svc notifying me about my next service(1st Paid service) as my 6 free service are done.
So my question is do i have to do Paid service at SVC so as to not void my warranty?
And i have done only 500kms from my last service so do i need to change oil? as i've seen SS oils need to be changed at 1.5k-2k Kms.. and recently got my chain lubed, had oil filter replaced as well on my last service...

Yeah checked it, it was indeed the visor. Have to fix it in the morning though
The 4 screws on the front are the ones that hold the visor right?

                          Hello again!

I have been experiencing some issues lately,
whenever i throttle from gear 1 or low gears, i get occasional power cuts in which, the power gets back again almost immediately.
                          Seems like engine bogging ?
I experience it when moving off from stationary.

I used to have this issue but my mech adjusted the idle to 1.5k and it worked fine for awhile.

Right now the idle is at 1.4k and it suddenly appeared again.

I am using k&n open pod air filter and powertronic ECU.

For me the orange light was coming up while on the run, but there were no hiccups. And the issue in my case was a faulty speed sensor. But as you say, engine hiccups are coming, I would suggest you to better check with the ASC. Tell them to run the diagnostics. There must be some errors recorded in the ECU logs.

First check your spark plug, it'll give you an idea what is going on, my guess is you're running too rich.
