Re: Yamaha YZF-R15 version 2.0
An incident -
Had been to Arjun Motors in mysore for my fuel injector cleaning.
I went there at 2.30 in the afternoon as i had classes in the morning.
There was no one to attend my bike.
Had to wait in the scorching heat for 15 minutes for some guy to come and attend my bike.
Then a guy comes and tells me that im late and told me to come tomorrow.
I asked him why and he was like there are too many bikes for servicing.
To my knowledge, there weren't many.
Then i tried convincing him to do it now as i had classes tomorrow morning too.
All of a sudden he went mad over me and even threatened me.
I was totally shocked and i returned back.
Thinking of the situation, now i feel that i should do something about it.
He cannot treat a customer that way!
Can someone please let me know the e-mail address of yamaha so that i can shoot a mail in this regard?
Thank you!

There is a "Contact Us" option on the Yamaha India website. Complaint them through that.An incident -

The service center people have absolutely no right to talk harshly to the customer.

Re: Yamaha YZF-R15 version 2.0
Today, when I checked the front brake fluid reservoir.I saw a bubble through the glass of the reservoir which might indicate that I'm low on brake fluid.Should I wait till the next service to top up or should I get it topped up right away.
How much does the SVC charge for brake fluid top up.

pJust get a DOT4 brake oilOriginally posted by Abhi599 View PostHow much does the SVC charge for brake fluid top up.
and top it up. I remember BOSCH 250ml oil dot 4 costs 100 bucks. I added into my rear brake master. . You can then keep bottle for reserve just in case if fluid gets low again.

and the guy there was like:"why do u need to chge it, see the brake lever are tight so no need"
i told him that it should be changed every 2 years and because moisture gets in

Re: Yamaha YZF-R15 version 2.0
Hello guys!
Greetings from Singapore.
Have been religiously following this thread for about a year now and only registered recently after facing this minor issue.
Here is my bike as introduction.

I had a accident about 2 weeks back involving a car hitting me from the side causing me to skid and fall on the left.
Got fairing replaced, headlight cowl and I noticed that when steering my bike towards the left, the handlebar is able to steer till it "crushes" my fingers between the tank. On the right, it has no issue as the maximum turning radius allows my fingers to be within a safe distance from the tank.
Here are some pictures

Any idea on what could the issue be?
Thanks in advance guys!

Whats a tranny? I googled tranny and it said transgender. your transgender makes a bang?
the loud noise is probably the chain noise. Its normal. You're probably banging (and not pushing) the gear lever to shift it? that usually causes that. It is supposed to be normal actually. dont be aggressive on the gearshifts. leads to higher wear and tear.

Question: Has the Right hand side handlebar gap from the tank increased? Is it more than what it normally is? or Is it just that the left gap is reduced? Cause the handle bars are clip-on. maybe it managed to twist at the bolt? When the handle bar is dead straight is the gap between handlebar end and tank the same?Originally posted by alwaysusing View PostHello guys!

Did not notice if there is a increase in gap but I remember having space for my fingers when I full lock the steering.Originally posted by hatebreeder View PostI know.
